When Zach speaks around 33:00 is so so interesting - about the self worth and the beeing enough stuff!

I relate to a lot of what Zach said. My one problem was with what someone said about “choosing your OCD”. I get repetitive intrusive streams including “earworms” which is a loop from a song stuck in my head that I often have to play out over and over for many hours, sometimes over a day. Some things are simply not chosen.

Great video! I would suggest to include lgbt people in the sexual orientation ocd discussion. It’s not always a good look for (presumably) straight people to talk about the lgbt experience and how they could have SOOCD too. But overall thank you for your thoughts and sharing in this video.

Pure cultural conditioning and up bringing. The ancients had no problem with sexual orientation because of the absence of judaeo Christian expectations and norms. Why these people just don't say, 'hay, I might be bisexual, so what!,'. Is evidence of the above points. Sexuality is fluid to a greater or lesser degree. Church and family are the problem, not sexuality. Ask any ancient Greek or roman..
