I wasn't aware of this company. Very informative. If I had to start over, I'd definitely consider this company's products.
An excellent review - thanks very much! 😊
6EQUJ5!!! That's a beautiful and well-designed scope! That place to wrap the power cord inside the back is a nice touch! That it uses a power cord rather than USB power is a good sign, too!
And I also like that both eye pieces have their own diopter adjustment so that a second person can use it without readjusting the focus of the stage. Congratulations!
(I see they're available on Amazon, so I'm adding this brand to my list of brands that I'm considering.)
Congratulations on the new scope! It looks solid and functional, well packaged!
Nice review! I wasn't aware of this company...
Congratulations on the new iscope! Thanks very much!
Nice !
This looks like a great microscope and a great review. I downloaded the catalog and they offer inverse microscopes. I was wondering what an inverse scope is used for that a standard scope can’t do.
To eliminate shutter vibration on s DSLR camera, just lock the mirror up before taking the photo or use a remote control or self-timer.
This is a great video thank you. It made me aware of so many features of the iscope which I have had it for years. I just bought a camera and my mac does detect it but I only see a dark screen. I tried to pull the leaver outward as you suggested but it does not come out or yield. Any suggestion?
It looks very similar to a Zeiss PrimoStar3 or Lacerta LIS so I'd assume the price could be between 1.500€ - 2.000€?
What camera do you use on top of the microscope (not the dslr)?
Such a througough review. Thanks for this. I bought one thanks to you.
Did you find a 60x 0,95 objective that fits the iScope? Euromex seems to only make 60x 0,85.
I've been looking to buy a Euromex Bioblue for some time, thank you for the review.
I just bought an I4 infinity semi plan from LW Scientific here in the states and it looks exactly the same. Probably the same manufacturer
I have the same microscope with the same objectives - I love mine. I think I made a good choice for value money. If you separate the 2 parts of the photo tube, your T@ ring for your DSLR will fit directly onto it (same as your 3D printed tube) with parfocality almost perfect.
*Canon T2 ring for your DSLR camera
Thanks for the tip! I will try this out!
@@MicrobehunterMicroscopy I think they've obviously designed it like this intentionally and not by chance, but I don't see it mentioned anywhere - Maybe because they sell their own brand of DSLR adapter with T2 rings and a range of usb microscope cams. I discovered this after watching your video of your 3D printed tube and decided to experiment. I get a full screen on an APS-C sensor- the field of view is just a little less than the eyepieces. Mine isn't exactly parfocal with the eyepieces, but it's close. Also I send video to my PC through the hdmi cable and a video capture card (makes a hdmi to usb3 input) and use OBS studio software to make videos.
What is the best Tri microscrope for home use that hooks to a PC for around 1000-1500? kohler Illumination Infinity-Corrected Trinocular Darkfield Microscope?
Great video explaining all of the main points. However, what is the model number of your microscope? I have looked on their website but there are quite a few different models. The one you show seems to be well built and would suit my needs - the only 'frightening' factor will be the price, which is not mentioned here or on their website. Thanks, keep up the good work. UK.
Model: IS.1153 PLi
I was hoping of seeing the darkfield function.
Excellent microscope....However, my brand new (one week) Euromex iScope 1153 PLi is presenting a slight wiggling from out of the box. This slight wiggling is in the vertical axis. As an almost OCD MD, is kind a bothersome to me. I wonder if some amount of wiggling "acceptable"? Should I send it back?... Just happens when I manually move the stage or move back and forth the XY control.
Any opinion would be appreciated.
Why don't they over a darkfield condenser ?
What is the model number?
no prices on their site :-) ... I guess if you care about price you're not in their target market :D

Euro...as in only available in Europe?
I am pretty sure that they will send it all over the world. They have global headquarters besides European sales offices.
