Old comment, but I agree Rox is pointless. I don't think anyone liked him, which explains why he appeared in only 2 episodes. Moby Lick appeared in twice the amount of episodes he did, mostly because he was a more interesting character with a unique design. Rox was just a palette swap of one of the sharks, adorned with a crappy rocker wig.
Andrew Rannells (the guy who voiced Streex) got an amazing start here! He worked on more cartoons, video games, and movies.
