Breathing is so important !! Not just for fighting but in any situation where panic can happen. People panic and they freeze. Just deep breathes and let oxygen get to the brain you’ll be better able to work through the situation.
@@Bfolks84 yes very true 🙏
Please send more videos on how to basically stay safe from a fist fight 😊
Sure we will look into it, generally said run away before the first punch is thrown, second step is to learn how to block punches please view our video on the subject ruclips.net/video/bVavompjYxY/видео.html
Well, in a 1o1, 50% of all will fail to win ...
Indeed statistically 🙏
Agreeed someone must lose. However, these types of videos and this general topic among martial artists baffles me. As a BB myself, I can't understand how other 'skilled' martial artists are training for 'street fights'. Meaning, are these folks hanging out in seedy places or are they defining all encounters as 'street fights' vs "random acts of violence". (e.g. getting attacked in a garage, purse snatched, etc.). The two scenarios are very different. What is your take?
@@chx5088 totally agreed thank you for this comment we are self defence school and our purpose is to elaborate on these topics for beginners and people who never did any martial arts and are the ones usually targeted on the streets. The world is generally becoming more and more unsafe and even if someone at some point watched our video where we say “the best self defence move is to run away” it served its purpose. No trained martial artist will search to prove themselves on the street because they know that they can really hurt someone and that someone can really hurt them.
For real. I generally ask attackers to wait a few moments while I get my breathing in order. Most attackers are very polite and don't mind waiting.
You misunderstand, you do these steps before you get in the fight these are preparation steps. When you are in a fight it is too late rightfully said.
Anyone who uses"for real"in or as a sentence probably doesn't have the intellect to understand what this video conveys.
