Bravo. Well done video. A very well-designed system. There are a few things that I find intriguing about it. First off I like the way you have re-wired the zones to flow through the yard in a way that makes sense. There's nothing worse than having to run from the timer to the front and backyard of a house to make sure every zone comes on when doing a test run. On zone 2, I'm intrigued by the lone sprinkler head on the side of the house away from the rest of the zone. It seems like it would be on Zone 3. As for the head under the bush, I would raise it up to clear it. Also, 2" pop up sprinklers are unreliable. I typically go straight to the 6" pop up bodies if I can, but 4" is standard and your's clearly clear the grass height. I like that Zone 4 goes under the fence and does both the front and backyard. I really like the Hunter MP rotators. The Rain Bird ones only work in above average pressure systems for me. Finally, if you want to separate the galvanized fitting from the bottom of the Buckner sprayhead, put it in a vice grip and use a blow torch to heat up the female threads. The heat will expand the metal and might loosen the grip on the rusted bushing. Use a pipe wrench to carefully undo it. It might not hurt to have a professional plumber or someone who is good with working on galvanized pipe. You also risk shredding the the threads and never being able to install it again. If it has accessible threads already, then I would just leave it as it is for fear of not being able to use it again.
(1) I'M CALLING IT ZONE 7 ALL ROTORS OR MOVED TO THE FENCE (lol I said backyard... bruh) (2) Here's What I Noticed Zone 1 Front | Zone 2 Front | Zone 3 Front | Zone 4 Front / Back | Zone 5 Front / Back | Zone 6 Back | Zone 7 Back. Clever... (3) First Comment Again XD
What do you guys think of the new Sprinkler Stuff intro?
DaSamNudge great!
I want that song to be in my ringtone

Well that's nice of you to put that sprinkler in for your neighbor
wen you say Fricke on slow mo it sounds like the f bom
to get rust out use pb blaster and heat
For zone 7 I guess that you will either use some rotors and move the heads along with that or you will use subsurface drip line.
Find out in April or May 2016 :D
Ring Ring! It's spring!
Not gonna lie, I think 4 pgp ultras lining the fence would have been awesome
Move zone 7 to the fence
Oh wait.....
You did already oops lol
For zone 7 you R going to move all 4 heads back to the fence.
Susan Coning it is done! The video is posted.
Don't use flexible riser, use funny pipe. Never had good luck with those Orbit flexible risers.
Yeah I'm planning on getting some next year.
i think you're going to move the line closer to the back pation so it wont spray over the fence, and the one on the right will pop up farther
Sam I do sprinklers system u have a lot of property y don't u put in roters in like hunter pgp and does your timer have a test all stations
+john Kosheluk As for the timer, no it does not, and I use MP Rotators because they are better for this lawn
U don't u put a hunter pro c in and do a video on the install no 1 has a video on it yet
john Kosheluk because I dont feel like replacing the controller if it still works :D When it breaks I'll do it
