Just life eh? thanks for this. I can see how you are taking good care of your mental and physical health and being there for your son and your students and all of us. Burn out is real. Mental health at our age - middle aged guys - is so important. This sounds like a good day, and I know, just like everyone else, there must be days when it just doesn't go well, or the schedule gets borked, or things fall apart and all this prep and care helps to be more resourceful in those moments. Keep doing your thing Marc Andre!
Wish I could be as organised as you obviously are Marc!
Starting and trying is the hardest part. You can do it too!
WOW, and I thought EYE was busy....

Thank you for your kind words, Chris! I try my best :)
Glad it works for you because this is the equivalent of hell for me 😂 I hated everything 😂
Starting the discipline is HELL but it gets easier, you can do it :)
I was expecting him to call out students like me who say "uhhh I didn't really get to practice a lot uhhh uhhh"
Spend a month in the Infantry or concrete construction. Then you'll REALLY love being a jazz teacher.
It's a privilege and a blessing to have a job doing what I love! Not here to imply that this is harder than any job out there :)
you re 100 x more organized than me
Consistency is key! It's really difficult at the start but it gets easier :)
@@jazzguitar but should I start to be that organized? Can't I be productive and reach my goals with more chaos and les planning in my schedule?
Alors ! Voici du partage. Et du vrai ! !
