34:22 You say that the Satipatthana sutta doesn't need to be singled out as something very special. I have to disagree. The Blessed One said this: " *This* *is* the *direct* *path* for the purification of beings, for the overcoming of sorrow & lamentation, for the disappearance of pain & distress, for the attainment of the right method, & for the realization
He didn't say This is the direct path and so it this and so is that. He said This - being Satipatthana.

The only direct path is the Noble eightfold path. The Satipathana Sutta explains how the factor of Sati or mindfulness work in tendem with the other seven factors to bring into fruition the eightfold path. Among which right stillness or samadhi i.e. the jhanas is implicit in it! Right View or Samma ditthi i.e. the four noble truth is what the path and goal is mainly about - to bring to the end of dukkha which is why the four noble truths is one of the themes of the mindfulness of Dhamma the fourth satipathana.
I would say MN 10 is a summary of the various themes in Buddhist meditation. If you have had knowledge of Buddhist concepts like the five aggregates, the six sense bases and the four noble truths, and the interlink within; you will understand this Sutta MN 10 very well
