i think they are not getting much nutrition from what food they are eating.Rice is not enough ! There is not much of fish , fruit , other vegetables apart from greens that they are lacking in which maybe that is why they are small people and i understand that is all they have there but i am sure they can grow veges and fruit (more of)......... stay healthy
