I think I agree with the entire list, except, maybe Kiriko. Good ones are still very difficult to deal with and are at a minimum very annoying. I might bump her up a tier. Tracer, was the only other character I questioned, but eventually agreed with. Although, I think I could be talked in to putting her higher too.

I played about 10 games of sombra last night in qp just to see how bad she actually was. And tbh ppl were exaggerating. I wouldnt say shes bad at all, just very different. Her dmg is crazy good if your hacked, bsically buffed tracer lvl of dmg. Shes not the character that sits in the backline giving the enemy supports schizophrenia anymore, shes more of a “in your face” type dps. Translocator is probably the best escape tool since its got alot pf distance compared to something like blink or genji dash, and you still get invisibility after your out so theres a less likely chance your hit on you getaway. If tanks doing too good shes got her old passive to do more hacked dmg. See you through walls when your low so you know who to target and with that buffed hacked dmg you have the easiest kill
hi quest , been thinking about the "percived identity" and the "actual identity" of sombra based on things you've said on stream. Do you think there are other heros that can compare or draw parallels to similar that ? I think the short period of rammatrass punch rework would be interesting to talk about
