Fucking Preach Culture II was utter shit and rode the coat tails of Culture I (which only got clout for 1 *FUCKING SONG*) which wasn't even good after you listen to Bad and Boujee.
Culture II is and will be forgetable...Daytona being a Push project after being inactive for 3 years (He was on Gorillaz and Let me out was awesome) is already a Classic.

This album was lowkey my introduction to Pusha T after writing him off as boring but this was amazing.
Duven Music now go back and listen closely to his classic songs 🤩🤩

As a big pusha t fan i can recommend what i think are his best tracks (alone in vegas, crutches crosses caskets, untouchable, nosetalgia, trouble on my mind and drug dealers anonymous) ENJOY!!!

Over a year and a half later, it's still crazy that Kanye produced this, ye, KSG, Nasir and KTSE for releases one week apart from one another and all of them were at least good. The last 2 were not as good as the first 3, which were all fucking masterpieces, but still. Those 5 weeks were legendary, and I will never forgive anybody for sleeping on ye.

This album has aged really well and will be soon known as a classic. To me this easily a strong 9 and is better than Kids See Ghosts.
It’s a 9 but not Better then ksg. Both have one track that’s not up to par with the others (kids c ghost and hard piano) but I’d take “kids c ghosts” over hard piano any day.
Wyoming sessions were actually insane now that I think about it... This album, KSG, Ye are all some of my favorite albums of 2018 in retrospect.

The only real disagreement I have w/ what you said here is what you said about his previous solo records. Aside from a couple songs both those albums are classics to me. Full disclosure I’m a pretty big Push stan tho.
It felt like a breath of fresh air as far as listening experience goes. I would much rather listen to a tight 20-30 minute album that is just track to track to track rather than these hour long albums with weaker filler songs, skits, and interludes that bog up the album.

This was so fucking good; Pusha is one of the most consistent rappers in the game right now. And I wish more rappers tried to put out albums that are as cohesive as his. No filler, no skits, no insanely long tracklists, just a tight work.
Darkest before dawn was the prelude to King Push/Daytona
It was supposed to be a prelude to this album, which was supposed to be called King Push, but once it was finished Pusha didnt feel like the title King Push fit the body of work well anymore so he decided to change the title. Maybe we'll get King Push later but for now we got this which is still dope as fuck

The start of this video made me chuckle. It was a wonderful little thing. Awesome.
I really liked your point about the record only being 21 minutes long, but it feeling much longer. There is no fluff whatsoever in this album, and I don't even mean that "fluff" is always bad (Kendrick's albums are a great example, skits, the train chugging on TPBF). He comes in right off the top on every track and the only time he isn't rapping is when someone else is, but he killed every line. It's like's reading Hemingway, short but effective, and very well done.
Hard Piano is definitely not the worst track, the piano on that track is so laidback and it juxtaposes really well with Pusha T and Rick Ross' loud voices. The piano and percussion was the first part of the track which interested me but the power of the opening line was what made me listen to the whole track. Rick Ross has a great feature with some great lines and an awesome chorus and Pusha T saying "Push..." right before the chorus sounds epic. I'd say it's my favourite track on the album but I like them all.

The 5 Summer of Kanye albums are going to be too powerful together. When assembled, Kanye will have the powers of the Infinity Gauntlet, and with a snap of the fingers and a "poopy-di scoop," all of Kanye's competition for G.O.A.T. status will disintegrate. The Drake v. Pusha beef won't matter, because they'll both be gone. Bach and Mozart's graves will be dug up, only to be empty. The grooves in every hipster's ITAOTS or LYSFLATH vinyl will disappear. McCartney, Wilson, and Dylan will all disintegrate with an "I don't feel so good".
