Trust me, I have sat in several meetings and they are total sh*t shows. They're not entertainment but the clips portray them like they are and the constituents are the ones impacted by the narcissistic, disruptive and ignorant behavior..

Yup him and Magic were on campus same time❤. He wasn't no joke. My opinion I think his lifestyle had his health. For a fact he smoked cigarettes and may have drank. His blood pressure had to be upset. However, his demeanor was the given. In his later years, I think he was getting older aging childhood memories. I believe he was for all. However, Ms. Fields and other women counsel triggered the unhealed hurt's as a human being. Mr. Mays was misunderstood and they the counsel had their hands full.

I don't understand how only one council person backed E May's regarding when the CFO walked away and flipped off the council. It's obvious Mr. Mays ruffled some feathers when he question the CFO about the budget. We need a Mr. Mays here in Detroit to set the example of how a city council person displays Kahunas by asking hard questions. My hat off to you Mr. Mays.

What we need in place right now is for renters for homes and apartments and motels and any other living quarters that charges rent, we need to put a new law in place that says... You can set your rent at any price you want. We will not put a guideline on how much you can charge for rent. But once that tenant signs that lease you can't raise that tenant rent ever. What they are doing to people is bringing them in at a decent rent rate and after they accumulate in their home then they hit us with the next year your rent is going up
$600.00 to $800.00 a month. This is just a new version of Mafia extortion when you really look at it.
Tell me up front you want $3000.00 a month for rent so I can tell you right then and there to kick rocks.
But to trap somebody into a house and then use that power to extort money from them is just plain and simple "criminal" This is the law that needs to be put in place, everything else is just smoke and mirrors.
