Once your 30 miles in any direction from ATL it's a ton better. 2/3's of Georgia's population is in the ATL region, 6.5 million ppl in that area. The other 4 million spread throughout the state. 10.5 million in GA, 11 million in NYC, more in the city than the whole state of GA, traffic there is on a whole different level. If one ounce in SC is a misdemeanor but more than one ounce is intent to distribute which is a felony. Like you said how the hell he get off with that?? Only thing i can think of is they took the weed and just fined em. But just a fine for a pound just sounds crazy to me, especially interstate in a CMV. Hope they get it off your record asap

I would love to hear how one added a truck abandonment & the drug related ticket on that driver's P.S.P. & DAC report so that will follow him for about 7 years so that the only places that would take him would be the low paying truck jobs or the underdround Chicago like trucking companies like SuperEgo that will screw him over on a lease truck😁 hopefuly He dint already find an other trucking gig befor you had Peep game on that drug incident that He was trying to hide from you bacause He knew he fucked up big time have his as working Uber or flipping burgers are something..

This applies to both traffic stops and other stops. You must also provide a copy of your CPL and state ID if the officer asks. If you don't have your CPL or ID, or don't provide both, you may receive a civil infraction ticket for a first offense, which can cost up to $500 and lose your CPL for 6 months. Now being in possession weed at the same time you have possession of a gun is different story. That turns it into a felony right from the get-go. This one company's authority had got jack-up, and they had been in business for quite some time, so what they [ this company] they did was, bought out a smaller company's authority. They dropped their's altogether and started using the smaller's company authority with a new name. I now know it was the best way out. After hearing your story about losing customers due to that f^^k driver. We need you to stay in the game, and you and other O/O like yourself make it possible for us all to keep pushing and take our piece of this great American pie.
