Ofc winning gives u satisfaction but u can’t sweat the losses. I’ve been playing fighting games my entire life and they’ve taught me that every single that u encounter is a chance to learn. Rage isn’t inherently a bad thing, it’s a good motivator for a lot of people. But don’t dwell on the losses, even without realizing it you’ve learnt something. You’ve got this ❤ Edit: win loss rations mean absolutely nothing in this genre. If anything it just shows how far someone’s grown. Keep ur head up
As you are clearly new to the franchise or the genre, you should do all the tutorials in the practice mode. Pay attention and you'll learn the basics of Kameo usage, like the combo cancel (3 bars needed fyi, not worth it in a low lv fight). Then after you grasp the basics you should look for begginner tutorials on YT about your character of choice. Combos, strings, mix ups, whatever. Then you can go online and got smashed a lot before starting to get gud, but you'll eventually get there with proper training and patience. And for the moment try to avoid the ranked matches, the level there is much higher.
1:40 I know exactly what you mean it’s absolute torture, funny thing tho is that it never used to happen to me but now It does. Now I’m somehow shit and I’m getting 13 year olds messaging me telling me to get a refund and then blocking me 😂 sometimes I fckn wonder if this game hates me honestly
Need to utilize Scorpions long sweep attack with his rope in the neutral. Considering that’s most of his mix right there, it’s tough to win with Scorpion because he has no low or overhead starters.
You've gotta watch the movements of their character, Determine what's coming next, and react accordingly. Practice mode lets you set up the exact situations you wanna practice, Like smoke's low TP, blocking strings into a grab, teching it, all manner of things to practice. The best advice I can give that I know, 100% will help, is your mental game, focusing on yourself. Don't let the emotion get the best of you, breathe, relax, and most of all, don't let getting hit with the same stuff get to you, Tilting is as good as losing. You can be your own worst enemy in fighting games, Look at LowTierGod for an example of that, dude's got the skill to be an absolute killer at local tournaments, Might even have the ability to go to The Evolution Championship, Biggest FGC event in the world, but he can't get his mental game under control, and until he does, he'll never be able to pass his plateau. You've got this, dude. Don't stress the losses, Every combo's a victory, every teched throw a W, It's the little steps that make the big leaps possible. A few bits of advice, though. If they're blocking, and you're close enough, go for the grab. Learn some 'safe' moves, Safe in Fighting Game lingo means the recovery on block is faster than the enemy can counterattack. Learn some combos with Mix-ups in them, those are moves that hit a different area than the prior move. I don't play Scorp, so I don't know any for him, but Johnny's got one, with Y,X,A,B(Or Y,X,B,A, forget off the top of my head.) That string hits Mid twice, then low, then overhead on the final hit. I mentioned "throw teching" but didn't explain how to do it. Basically? Grab when they grab. In MK1, that's hitting Low punch or Low kick, X or A, or hitting your grab button. Don't let go of block too early, Hold it until you *know* they're done. I've gotten bodied more times than I can count because I thought it was safe to go back on the offensive. Take your time learning the Kameo system, Most people run Sareena, I run Darrius and Cyrax, Head into practice mode and see what you can figure out with them, find one that fits your playstyle, or makes up for holes in your character's moveset. Again, You've got this, Don't sweat the losses.
It is my first time watching a video from you. I can't believe you got only 1k subs because u kept me engaged the whole 15 mins of the video (u deserve way more). I could literally feel your pain and suffering while losing because I keep getting beaten on mk11 but I do plan to buy mk1 so I can improve there on the new game. I gave u my like, thank you for the entertainment and sorry for my bad english (not my first language).
Dawg your neutral with scorpion is actually bad that smoke player would have rage quit if I was playin lmao if your on Xbox lemme coach you on Scorpion if you need it.
If you have 3 bars and you are being combod if you hold back and r3 (idk what console your playing whilst they are during a combo you will break there combo but it will take all 3 bars
If they keep blocking then grab them if they start to uppercut get enough distance from them and punish or duck it and punish there’s an answer for everything
Training my brother from the skills I am seeing u new to the franchise but keep training and don't be first to attack they just counter fighting if they are waiting for you to come to them.
If they block grab that breaks block if your being combed combo break will use all your super bar at the bottom input should be forward r2/rt also dont keep teleport without a purpose your getting punished too often if they block scorpions teleport your negative 20 or more meaning your opponent will always hit you after also learn a combo that gets you 300 damage at least you just need 1 and that can carry you

Whats wrong with someone blocking?
5:07 grab, overhead, low
I managed to punch my tv for the 1st time ever. That should be enough said
Learn to calm down. Or punch your leg. That'll teach you to not hit things.
Anger management goes a long way little man.
Smh relax my guy. Have fun with the game. Stop playing like u playing with ur life on the line.
@@bigloc3442if someone’s playing like their life’s on the line then they’re not winning if they calm down. I speak from experience
@@The_Demon_Beelzebubit's a videogame
Every dog has their day. Good dub 🦾
British anger is my favorite lmao
I've never been this invested in a storyline ever.
If they grab you. You can duck under it and get a full kombo with Sonya kameo
Jumping straight into pvp may not be a good idea lmfao
I’m right there with you, I was winging fights in MK11 but now I can win one fight not one I’m done with online Finished
A combo breaker is like down or away r2 and that is what let’s you go of an opponent’s combo
“ 360 no scoped “ LMFAOOO
Lol bro you are blocking more than they are 😂
Just because you can teleport doesn’t mean you should .
