- When The CW dropped Batwoman and Legends of Tomorrow, many speculated that the decision was made in part owing to the network's prospective sale.
According to a fresh claim, both TV shows were canceled for a very specific reason other than the finance.

Ending Legends of tomorrow and Batwoman like that having them both cancelled that wasn’t the right thing to do it was the wrong thing to do
Legends of Tomorrow just needed better writers. Season 3 had it all💪. After that, the quality dropped noticeably.😒

@@coolcookiez1310 Yes, unfortunately you are right. Warner and CW didn't see the potential of the characters and the writers are repeating what they've written in recent seasons. DCTV should have been different from the usual CW material. But unfortunately, they didn't manage to innovate. That's a shame. What a pity. 😕

Ending lengends of tomorrow like this doesn't make any sense to me, this reason is not enough to cancel the show, they should finish this Lengends of tomorrow before they sell it, please

@@metallicnole4514 sounds to me like everyone watched it, it was my favorite outta all the shows besides arrow and flash, if I had to rank worst to beat it would be black lighting, batwoman, supergirl, dc legends, flash, arrow, it was one of the best

When a show gets cancelled, 99.99% of the time it is because BAD WRITING didn't bring in the viewers (especially in the target demo-graphic group). These CW shows had BOTH bad writing AND low viewership. So any other "explanation" then THAT, is a combination of Hogwash, Face-saving, and denial. Any of you that actually watched the show recognize the truth of these words.
Exactly. I was SO hoping for them to be successful but Batwoman's LGBTQ lead left. Let that sink in. And I gave Netflix's First Kill but the VFX, the writing was all bad.

DO you suppose that this year's DC FanDome will announce that a well developed live action tv show or movie about Batwoman will be made soon enough and this time, only Kate Kane will be Batwoman, Jacob Kane will be Kate's Alfred figure, Alice will become Red Alice and we can even get some Bruce and Kate cousin moments and even have some Batman and Batwoman team up moments?

Legends of Tomorrow was actually really good. Hate they didn’t get to properly end the series. I did not care for Batwoman.

Legends of Tomorrow has run its course and Batwoman was just terrible how it lasted three seasons is beyond me it's good they pulled the plug on both of shows
