Milton Fire & Rescue Shed Fire Response 11/23/22

Car 8501 responding to the report of a shed on fire. Arrived on the scene and found a shed that was fully engulfed and already on the ground. Crews from Tanker 8562 and Rescue 8583 put some spot fires out in a field and then kept the fire contained to the shed. The shed was allowed to continue to burn as it was almost completely gone at the time.

They are very short staffed and probably were busy at the time.

I don't think you understand what the priorities of a Chief are. He puts his vehicle wherever is best for the fire situation, which might not be the best angle for a video.

I try to remember the camera but half of the time I forget. It is not our main priority however I do wish I would remember to park better so the scene can be seen. I just never think about it at the time.
