Finally, in this pirate themed manga, where breasties and legs are often lovingly on constant display, it is now fitting for me to say ... IT ALL ABOUT THAT BOOTY!!! 😍🥰

Nami saying Jinbei’s name while being choked made me feel something. The reveal that the One Piece story takes place in a post-apocalyptic future is mind blowing. With so many new reveals the end of the story feels so much closer.
What scares me most about the Seraphims is what Edison said about Baby Jinbei. "He's already shooting lasers? No, no, stop that, he's too young and not on that testing phase yet!" Which makes me think that the Seraphims are not supposed to be child versions of the Warlords, but instead full on clones of the current versions. And if they can be deployed as children, causing enough devastation to scare even Blackbeard, and are STILL GROWING, alongside the possibility of them having a new Devil Fruit, it scares me that, once they reach their full adult potential, they'll easily surpass the original Warlords and maybe the Emperors as well.
Imagine if Law and Blackbeard were confronted by their Seraphim counterparts. Last chapter Jinbe turned into child, and this chapter we get to see his Seraphim counterpart. We have yet to see Seraphim Doflamingo, Crocodile, and Moria.
@@rodoshehossain7400 Calling it now: the moment we see Seraphim Crocodile, we won't recognize it at first because it'll be a little girl. That'll confirm our suspicions that his involvement with Ivankov *was* to change genders.
@@3slicessenpai That would be very interesting. I'm curious how Law would react if he's confronted by his Seraphim counterpart? We saw Blackbeard was stunned to see Mihawk Seraphim. This isn't coincidence, seems Oda plans to have Law and Blackbeard get confronted by their Seraphim counterparts. Last chapter, Jinbe turned into child and next chapter debut of Seraphim Jinbei. Interesting that whenever Blackbeard Pirates battle their enemies, the Marines, CP0, and Seraphims would interfere. I won't be surprised if Akainu send Seraphims to deal with Heart and Blackbeard Pirates.
Maybe after all this time we might have a scenario where BB and Luffy have to team up of all things against the WG? Instead of the BB vs Luffy (and maybe Koby to mirror the rocks incident). I'd kind of love that but also I dont know.
@@technodragon990 I definetely think that the final confrontation will be a big all-out battle royale of the Straw Hat Fleet vs Blackbeard vs Marines vs World Government. Lots of momentary truces and alliances can be placed in order to fight the bigger threats.
The six Vegapunk clones paint a fascinating picture of Vegapunk prime's thought process. He didn't have enough time in the day to do everything he needs to do so he created more of himself, sure. But instead of just creating six exact copies, he fractured himself into six different entities who all handle different aspects of his daily life while still remaining physically and mentally connected as parts of a greater whole. Shaka and Lilith handle the more administrative duties of running the lab, Pythagoras and Edison do the research and development, and York and Atlas take care of his body's basic biological needs. It's such an unconventional way of addressing that problem, and I love it.
Its also very cool that Vegapunk’s clones are different genders, which isn’t a massive thing but it displays how Vegapunk has surpassed the limits of their body, gender, etc. Very much so continues the theme of gender fluidity in one piece.
The void history reveal really blew my mind. To me, it felt as though Oda was showcasing it as a past ancient civilisation, nothing like this, so insane!
I'm pretty sure it was stated (I think in Skypia) that the ancient civilization was so advanced it caused the WG to be formed and erase it in the first place
In the chapter the Vegapunks speculated about increasing the Seraphim's age to increase their firepower. Meaning that theoretically Boney might end up using it on a Seraphim.
@@Deadpunk-no7po Perhaps Vegapunk had transferred Kuma's understanding into the Seraphim version before "completing" PX0. We don't know when he started with the Seraphims. Could be a nice twist and a great moment for Bonnie.
The answer to this issue, of course, would be that she could skip them straight past adulthood and right into elderhood. Or back to being babies. Baby Seraphim. Little tiny baby Seraphim Jinbe. Want.
I'm starting to think that maybe Black Beard is also Vegapunk's experiment, that ran away or was stolen when he was still a kid. The modifications done to him, enables him to use multiple fruit powers and makes him not require any sleep.
@@pillguy7029 I didn't say successfull :D great thing about one piece is that almost every theory applies in some regard.. We're going to lose alot when Oda spills the beans about it all.
Yeah that's been a somewhat popular idea that BB is an experiment to explain why he's built different. Personally I subscribe to the idea that the Yami Yami no mi is how he can have multiple devil fruits since he literally killed someone over it, and also said the person who found it didn't realise its true power. We know that if a logia is exposed to the counter element it weakens them, and what would be darkness's opposite? Oh yeah light, the thing BB is basically always exposed to even at night. It would explain why he used the sheet to conceal what he did, maybe BB needed complete darkness to actually do it.
This arc really has a feel of punk hazard. Law using his df power to strawhats Boney using her df to strawhts Strawhats got separated Strawhats have fresh power ups World Government Facility Freezing/ cold island Marines will come after more chapters
Both Supernovas have connection to Shichibukai. Law used to be member of Donquixote Pirates, while Bonney's the daughter of Kuma. Other Supernovas make small appearance in these arcs, but they don't play any major role here. Kid makes small appearance in Punk Hazard, Law makes small appearance in Egghead Arc. Interestingly, alliance plays major theme in these arcs. We had minks, ninjas and samurai in Wano arc hopefully we get to see Revolutionary Army and Straw Hat Grand Fleet in action. Interestingly, both factors were attacked by Yonkos Kaido and Blackbeard. The Minks, Samurais, and Ninjas were attacked by Beast Pirates, while Revolutionary Army were attacked by Blackbeard Pirates.
In this chapter...I was amazed again by Vegapunk. Mostly because he created a clone to fulfill the basic living needs of all bodies. Which give the others more time to do research and complete projects. Maybe this is a hint on one of our 4 emperors not needing to sleep 😱
I think this chapter answers why Momo's fruit was considered a failure by Vegapunk. Its says that the lineage factor "stores recollections and capabilities", devil fruits edit a person's lineage factor, perhaps Momo's fruit perfectly reflected the power of Kaido's but not the recollections or capabilities inherent in the original. I think only Vegapunk would know enough about this to consider it a failure .....
Huh you might be right, but until it's confirmed I really like the idea that he considered it a failure because it caused Momo to turn pink instead of blue. Plus there's another potential reason why he declared it a failure: to make sure it never got into the hands of the WG, since we know they're on shaky relations I wouldn't be surprised, especially if Shaka was the one to declare it a failure.
I have a theory that due to the genetic factor, perhaps they were created for a certain specific genetic strand to get full use out of - say, a brand held by those who have a middle initial in their name?
If we look at everything else they made and said is a failure it is probably more likely that it was too expensive to mass produce and no one else could make it there by making it a failure in his eyes. Like the island wide Aircon and everything else. Perfectly working creations but failures their eyes because of how high a standard they have.
@@Alkhemia8 That would make sense and they did mention funding in this very chapter. BUUUUUT we did also see Jinbe Seraphim with what looked like Senor Pink's fruit, they could have killed him Black Beard style but the previously established method for Vegapunk is replication. If this is true I quite like the comparison of the two methods Blackbeard's requires the death of the owner but inherit the recollections and capabilities. Vegapunks you could mass produce and is superficially functional but missing that little something ....
Caribou is following a principle known as Chekov's gun, which I expect you already know what that is. Oda certainly does, because he is almost certainly implementing it.
He most certainly does, or at least he most certainly follows his he principle. Anyone expecting Caribou to be a Blackbeard Pirate? He fits their whole character design aesthetic too, it’s almost too perfect in setup…
Giving each Seraphim a new DF power does make sense considering the fact that they're children and Hancock's Seraphim using the Mero Mero no Mi in her child-like state would be weird
Now we know the real reason Oda kept Zoro on the Sunny. If he was with the rest of the crew his feet would be stuck to the ground and he would try to cut them off like in Little Garden.
Yup plus Zoro would probably recognize the black wings on Seraphim Jinbe. Same with Brook he's not with the rest of the crew so Nami and Robin can wear battle panty's. So minor fun reasons.
Something that's extra terrifying about the Swim Swim fruit with Jinbei's Seraphim is that the fruit effectively allows the user to turn anything they touch into a liquid and move their body through it...and Jinbei is a master of fishman karate which is all about manipulating liquids. I think you can understand where I'm going with this.
I loved the Nico Robin moment to. Robin has always been one of the best characters in my opinion but she was never utilized as much. I'm glad oda is respecting her this arc and putting her at the level of even someone like Zoro or Sanji (not strength wise of course)
I think we need to pay more attention to the Seraphim's eyes. Mihawk did not have a star in his eye, but both Jinbe and Boa did. Parvision thinks this is mechanical will, which is a good idea. I think it means that the seraph has a devil fruit. Which means Boa could potentially have a fruit and Oda didn't show us, meaning she will be making a return soon
Caribou now has... 1. The locations of TWO ancient weapons 2. The knowledge of Luffy's true dream 3. Connections to a Yonko 4. Access to a vast supply of extremely useful ancient technology. 5. An extraordinary logia power I really hope he helps out this arc, even (or especially) if unwillingly.
He also knows that the strawhats are only missing one poneglyph to reach the last island. And i think he meant what he said when he told Zoro & Brook "you'll pay for this!! Mark my words!!". That whole information dump that they provided him is probably gonna come crashing down on them soon.
Carribou is kind of a ticking time bomb, once he realizes he has crucial information I could see him using it for personal gain. But I almost think Oda plans to use him as a whistleblower in a sense.
Also in this chapter Lilith talked about a never ending power source using a never ending flame in order to make a sun. I think that if Vegapunk knows about Luffys devil fruit then he might want to try to capture or meet with Luffy to see if he can use his devil fruit for this
I wonder if that Lilith's remark is related at all to the never-ending daylight of Enies Lobby. If there is any "never-ending" energy source Vegapunk could gather solar from it's there, although it's probably in the exact opposite end of the world from where he's operating. Makes you also think that if the DFs were truly artificial then maybe the Ancient Race invented the Nika fruit to bring about a "dawn" towards a neverlasting daytime or smth, and therefore a similar neverlasting energy source, not just literal physics energy wise but also "cheer you up" kinda energy wise too given the properties it bestows the fruit wielders.
Funny story: during Wano, I read Queen’s voice as Dr Eggman so now I read the Vegapunks as different scientists Shaka=N.Tropy (Crash 3 Warped) Lilith=Tails (Sonic Colors) Edison=McGucket (Gravity Falls) Pythagoras=Farnsworth (Futurama) Atlas=Penny Crygor (Warioware) York=Bubblegum (Adventure Time)
I honestly... never expected this. That the current world we're in is actually a future where technology has been hidden away and regressed. But it's the kind of twist that we didn't expect it because of all the old stuff... but, when we actually look back on the series. It's not a surprise. So many cultures that we've seen have held onto certain past technologies that are unique and almost futuristic to an extent. So, this reveal is both a surprise but not unexpected. But Void Century stuff! So excited!
Back when we were discussing devil fruits for the non-DF strawhats I was already thinking of the swim-swim fruit for Jinbei precisely because he then might use fishmen karate and fishmen jiu-jitsu on dry land. Turns out that's exactly how it works making Seraph-Jinbei OP as fuck.
After all these years... The fact that Vegapunk (at least one part of him) looks like a member of Daft Punk in the OP world just makes me really happy.
I believe I figured out York's name reference. In the early 1900s Nikola Tesla built the Wardenclyffe Tower in the village of Shoreham New York with hopes of wireless power transmission which mirrors York's main function of the punks. I also theorize Vega Punk might be a legitimate devil fruit user whose powers are similar to Robin's except instead of generating body parts being an extension of one's body he somehow can make bodies an extension of himself.
One small thing I like about this future past reveal is that it explains Baby 5’s weapon fruit ability. Her devil fruit was created in the past where weapons were more advanced, so this explains why she can turn into things like missiles and guns and not just swords and hammers
With the Vegapunk lie, it makes sense that Usopp would end up getting/learning some new tech here. He's incorporated dials and cultivated pop greens to serve him and invent weaponry, so maybe he starts taking on Vegapunk/Hologram tech as well. Can't wait for Franky and Usopp to get their upgrades this arc.
Fun facts about this chapter: The combined bounties of the straw hats who fought the Seraphim was $3,222,000,000 (keep in mind in Thriller Bark the WHOLE crews bounty combined was only $660,000,000) Also, Robin is now gonna finally learn about the void century as she was there when Shaka told them about this island being 900 years in the pass
09:30 Now that I think about it Ussop did build a rudimentary wind-manipulating staff out of odd bits and ends for Nami a few days before she fought in Alabasta, and then went on to upgrade it heavily into weather phenomena creating staff (boy that was an awkward phrase) with the dials he had been introduced to for all of a few days, to the point that Nami could use it to create mirages of herself...
I really feel for Vega Atlas, being smart often fills you with rage at the decisions less smart people make and that they won't listen too you. I'm not even that smart so I can't imagine what having five extra genius's rage shunted into you would do.
So basically One Piece is Dr. Stone? I've actually had that idea for some time now, that the One Piece World used to be very advanced, either on par with our world or even more advanced, but 800 years ago, the world was regressed to a more primitive state and Dr. Vegapunk either is from that time, or somehow has knowledge of the tech from that time.
Speaking of fishman karate, since Seraph Jinbe has a power that allows him to move through the ground like it’s water, could he use the ground in his karate techniques? That would be so broken!
If seriphim boa and seriphim jinbei have the same eyes (a feature which is probably shared throughout most seriphim) why does seriphim mihawk remain with his original eyes. Could this hint at mihawk's eyes actually being special in some way an then being unique to him?
To be honest I thought Mihawks greatest strength was also his greatest weakness, but also give Zoro somewhat of a 1up on Mihawk, Mihawk has Superior eyesight hence his epithetic Hawk-eye, but that's also his greatest weakness being he relies on his eyes to battle, what show this was when Absalom saved gecko Moria from Doflamingo and his Pacifista crew he did not see what truly happened with Gecko Moria, it also makes me think that's why Shiryu got the clear clear fruit in the first place.
Oh my god if jinbei fights his seraphim it is definitely going to be him offering fatherly advice every 2 seconds. "no no no. The thousand brick fist goes like this. Keep your back straight."
One idea that just popped in my head is what if Chopper is able to cure the side effects of devil fruits and make the sea and sea stone ineffective against Luffy, Robin, Brook and himself. That's an impossible thing to cure, but that's what Chopper is about.
Would be funny if Boa sees Luffy’s new wanted poster with the white hair, is told of her seraphim and immediately believes the World Government has hers and Luffy’s child.
Ussopp being vegapunk would be a major twist is he travels to the past and aged as time goes by with all the information he is acquired from the crew as we don’t know his last name or Franky being the 7th vegapunk or the main body and turned into a younger version of himself and left in water 7th as he randomly had knowledge on rebuilding his body out of scraps or building battle Frankie’s while his backstory is so vague that he was dropped off by pirates.
Funny that Jimbei is also in a young form too. You know the crew is gonna be extra confused when they run into him after fighting a young seraphim version of him.
The biggest thing I worry about from this chapter's Revelation is the fact that Gol D Roger was at one point captured by the Marines when he willingly gave himself up to be executed. Which means that at some point Vegapunk had access to Roger's DNA and thus we very well may see a Seraphim Gol D Roger somewhere in the series. 🤯
Maybe Vegapunk created his Satellites to divide up the amount of distraction the one mind could good handle but then multiple it by 7 and then focused it into each individual Satellite plus himself. For example, York would focus on the everything to maintain sustenance for a human like eating drinking and sleeping. Which is what Vegapunk needs in order to live. If we go by that logic, it's the other satellite must maintain a certain quality Vegapunk finds distracting. Similar to how Father removed and operated his Sins (The Homunculie) in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.
Really puts it into context when Vegapunk said he's a mediocre scientist. If he's just copying ancient homework then he's not going to feel like the genius of the future everyone lauds him as. That said to know how to get any of the tech functioning shows he's quite competent.
So I think that vegapunk was trying to capture Bonney which is why the big robot showed up so fast. One of the Vegapunks had stated that the seraphim where only children and Bonney would be able to age them up to their peak strength.
I would laugh so hard if CP0 looking for all the Vegapunks hear a security recording of Usopp saying he is also Vegapunk so they hunt him thinking it's true.
I’d love to see a “Kizaru is Vegapunk” Theory now. Kizaru being the left out original body who lost all actual humanity as they were distributed to the other 6 bodies. That would be a really cool twist not gonna lie.
Can you imagine if One Piece played in the far future of our world? It's possible that the older civilizations used fossil fuels, maybe the caps melted so much that most of the world's under water. That would be pretty crazy
I feel like Caribou might be the way that all this information gets exposed to the wider world, like "Hey I have all this juicy juicy information hot out the oven that I know a certain bird shaped man would love to bite into"
Love how Nami was adamant that she wouldn’t attack Seraphim Jinbei because he was a child. Even though the way he choked her was similar to how she was choked by Arlong, she still didn’t attack. Love it!
I think If vegapunk has created all Warlords seraphims than I guess he also made it of the vice admirals or admirals .. oda is setting up insane fights in upcoming future ✨✨
Another reason for the government to kill Vegapunk. He (probably) has ultimate control over the Seraphim, NOT the World Government or the Marines. They can't risk him using a kill switch or turning the Seraphim against them.
I want to present a very silly but very obvious theory: Monkey D Dragon is also a Dragon Zoan - specifically, a European dragon. In the recent chapters, it is established that Dragon knows Vegapunk. On Punk Hazard, there were two wild Dragons, created by Vegapunk, roaming the island. What if instead of trying to engineer a new life form, Vegapunk was attempting to recreate M.D.D's Zoan abilities, perhaps even with some of his DNA - and in turn, he helps the revolutionary army with something.
I really can't wait for Bonney's reunion with Kuma. If CP0 is heading to egghead and Bonney is already there, I am sure their paths will cross. Which will give the strawhats more powerful allies.
If I encountered a clone of myself as a child, even if the child clone of me was about my height, I would be unable to resist calling them my "Mini-Me"
The real question about York is: have vegapunk used his immense knowledge in cloning to give to this body a replica of mihawk's bathroom for her to use?! If 1 third of your life is devoted to be in the bathroom, that would be even more fitting than the fruit given to the seraph...
Just realised yesterday that vegapunk 01 is based on Daft punk and when i think about it , it seems so clever and spot on Vegapunk = Daft punk ... Always loved these real world inspirations from oda
I’m excited to see if baby Jinbei can apply fishman karate attacks using the swim swim fruit, can he fire a pillar of liquified ground? And can he breathe inside the liquified spaces? How much does it behave like water? If so, could baby Jinbei swim in the ground below the sea? Ah! The possibilities!
I just wanna point out Liam put out 2 review videos about 2 different manga on 2 different channels, both chapters dropped almost simultaneously and both videos came out within an hour of each other. I'm impressed.
Just when I thought this arc couldn't get more hype when we learned that Kuma, Bonney and Vegapunk were part of it, we might finally get some light shed on the topic of the Void Century! Also that would explain why the government suddenly wants Vegapunk dead. If they fail though, I wonder if the secrets of the void century will end up spreading throughout the world. That would be absolutely nuts.
Interesting Question about Devil fruits if they are artificially made: How much does Blackbeard know about them? Like he extracted Whitebeards devil fruit somehow and is hunting alot of them. Also he specifically wanted the Darkness fruit and has this strange knife we saw Burges use...
This chapter is so fascinating in the light of the speculation that Vegapunk wasn't the first innovator to be targetted by the World Government. It seems that all these years, the WG engineered a technological cycle of creative destruction; new inventors come up, start discovering the truths of the world and eventually stumble on the Ancient Kingdom. It's exactly then the WG enforces a technological reset maneuver, to prevent the truth of the Void Century from being discovered at any cost - deleting all advancements and going back to square one, and the cycle goes on.
Great point about Usopp's propensity for predicting the future. A VP-Usopp would be funny ah. That could def be foreshadowing for some type of gag I agree
I wonder how OP seraphim Luffy would be. Luffy is very good at inventing creative attacks with what he has so I want to see his seraphom trying many types of DFs or abilities
Yeah who knows after the warlords maybe the WG will move on to the other well known pirates. I don't know if they can after killing Vegapunk/they escape but who knows.
This chapter has the chief Vegapunk wearing a Daft Punk helmet, a Laputa plot twist and Sanji using Trunk's signature "Future Kick" from DBZ Abridged - I am in Nerd Refrence Heaven!
I figured Vegapunk was a mediocre scientist from the void century who was made immortal with a past op op fruit user's help. He's on a quest to rebuild humanity. He just seems smart to present people.

The only part that I liked about Caribous part is that Zoro accepted Brooks offer for a cup of tea and you can actually see Zoro holding said cup.
I mean, having your creative parts not context switching all day would be better than having six clones potentially
Its also very cool that Vegapunk’s clones are different genders, which isn’t a massive thing but it displays how Vegapunk has surpassed the limits of their body, gender, etc. Very much so continues the theme of gender fluidity in one piece.
@A Great Man Named Lieu Has been here for a while cope loser Lieu
@@Hachiimane and also cause oda likes drawing female chests
I feel like Oda took the Isaac Newton quote "standing on the shoulders of giants" quite literally with Vegapunk.
The void history reveal really blew my mind. To me, it felt as though Oda was showcasing it as a past ancient civilisation, nothing like this, so insane!
I mean since a ancient weapon is a advanced battleship you'd think you'd all have known this 🤣
Really? The hints about Ancient weapons, advanced skypiean technology and various Den Den Mushis weren't hint enough? 😂😂😂
@@hirudinaria its the same fandom that thinks whitebeard won when akainu put 2 holes into his body
@@centurymemes1208 Whitebeard did win against Akainu. He lost the overall war against Sengoku. Whitebeard pummelled akainu so good it was cathartic 😂😂
Her fruit for Kuma?
@@Deadpunk-no7po Perhaps Vegapunk had transferred Kuma's understanding into the Seraphim version before "completing" PX0. We don't know when he started with the Seraphims.
Could be a nice twist and a great moment for Bonnie.
@BusterKnight Ahh yes, my fav Vegapunk clone thingy Veganpunk
The answer to this issue, of course, would be that she could skip them straight past adulthood and right into elderhood. Or back to being babies. Baby Seraphim. Little tiny baby Seraphim Jinbe. Want.
I'm starting to think that maybe Black Beard is also Vegapunk's experiment, that ran away or was stolen when he was still a kid. The modifications done to him, enables him to use multiple fruit powers and makes him not require any sleep.
that's an interesting take actually, it makes sense for that to be the case
@@TheRealBillix he doesn't have wings or fire on his back. His hair isn't white. His body type looks nothing like xebec's silhouette
@@TheRealBillix I like this idea. And the reason he looks different than other Seraphims, is because he was a prototype
Law using his df power to strawhats
Boney using her df to strawhts
Strawhats got separated
Strawhats have fresh power ups
World Government Facility
Freezing/ cold island
Marines will come after more chapters
The Minks, Samurais, and Ninjas were attacked by Beast Pirates, while Revolutionary Army were attacked by Blackbeard Pirates.
strawhats got separated... I'll Name That Arc in eleven.
I think only Vegapunk would know enough about this to consider it a failure .....
and *THAT* is why momo struggled so hard to control and use the fruit -- he had no frickin' idea to!
The fact that we are on cusp of a Void Century reveal after so many years is crazy. The whole saga has practically built to this!
Giving each Seraphim a new DF power does make sense considering the fact that they're children and Hancock's Seraphim using the Mero Mero no Mi in her child-like state would be weird
Hancock's Seraphim meeting Luffy is going to be interesting...
Sjw
Now we know the real reason Oda kept Zoro on the Sunny. If he was with the rest of the crew his feet would be stuck to the ground and he would try to cut them off like in Little Garden.
Yup plus Zoro would probably recognize the black wings on Seraphim Jinbe. Same with Brook he's not with the rest of the crew so Nami and Robin can wear battle panty's. So minor fun reasons.
I look forward to Usopp putting on one of Shaka's spare helmets as a decoy to lure some of CP0 away
She has always been my favorite female character. She needs a lot more focus
"Hi, Oda? Just Jack here. I have a question."
Caribou now has...
1. The locations of TWO ancient weapons
2. The knowledge of Luffy's true dream
3. Connections to a Yonko
4. Access to a vast supply of extremely useful ancient technology.
5. An extraordinary logia power
I really hope he helps out this arc, even (or especially) if unwillingly.
He has to report to Shiki
Hell, he might already have Pluton thanks to his Devil Fruit power
He’s the newest member
He also knows that the strawhats are only missing one poneglyph to reach the last island. And i think he meant what he said when he told Zoro & Brook "you'll pay for this!! Mark my words!!". That whole information dump that they provided him is probably gonna come crashing down on them soon.
Carribou is kind of a ticking time bomb, once he realizes he has crucial information I could see him using it for personal gain. But I almost think Oda plans to use him as a whistleblower in a sense.
With cp0 coming oh boy snitches get stitches
Also in this chapter Lilith talked about a never ending power source using a never ending flame in order to make a sun. I think that if Vegapunk knows about Luffys devil fruit then he might want to try to capture or meet with Luffy to see if he can use his devil fruit for this
Maybe
Or Ace ability since its literally fire
@@xephyre6955 Yeah, Ace could provide power to all of Vegapunk's invention
Luffy and Sanji can produce flames out of nowhere so maybe that’ll tie into what vegapunk is researching?
Funny story: during Wano, I read Queen’s voice as Dr Eggman so now I read the Vegapunks as different scientists
Shaka=N.Tropy (Crash 3 Warped)
Lilith=Tails (Sonic Colors)
Edison=McGucket (Gravity Falls)
Pythagoras=Farnsworth (Futurama)
Atlas=Penny Crygor (Warioware)
York=Bubblegum (Adventure Time)
I honestly... never expected this.
So excited!
Just hope Senior Pink doesn't die 😭
As a MASSIVE Daft Punk fan I absolutely love 01's design so goddamn much.
When the idea of an “infinite fire” was brought up in the chapter, imagine a bunch of Ace seraphim’s as a battery.
The thought of One Piece happening in a post apocalyptic world is actually so mind blowing
Remember Oda has said he wants to draw a mecha manga next. Egg Head island arc is an excuse to cover that dream.
If baby mihawk is equipped with one of the Supreme Grade swords, that would mean it is very possible for one green haired man to obtain this sword 👀
Jinbei isn't even ready to become a working father. Lmao.
Vegapunk isn’t 500 years ahead of the world. The world is 400 years behind Vegapunk.
Now the Void Century Flashback HAS to start like " A long time ago in a Kingdom far far away..."
Fun facts about this chapter:
The combined bounties of the straw hats who fought the Seraphim was $3,222,000,000 (keep in mind in Thriller Bark the WHOLE crews bounty combined was only $660,000,000)
Also, Robin is now gonna finally learn about the void century as she was there when Shaka told them about this island being 900 years in the pass
Therapist: “Kuma in Tims doesn’t exist he can’t hurt you.”
1:14:
The whole vibe of egghead island feels like astro boy
Damn you are pumping these out, I literally just watched your hxh video 15 mins ago damn
It's because Mihawk is a sword, and swords don't have eyes. (see, I'm paying attention!)
Oh my god if jinbei fights his seraphim it is definitely going to be him offering fatherly advice every 2 seconds.
"no no no. The thousand brick fist goes like this. Keep your back straight."
thank you ii can see this happen so cool
Seraphim’s are a perfect enemy for zoro since he targets opponents of that skin color.
What about an Ace Seraph? That would be more of an emotional gut-punch for Luffy.
Seriously though Ussap's lies may come true. In the end we may learn that ussap Dr. Vegapunk is Ussap's grand parent.
Reading some of the panels felt like a chore. I hate having to zoom in so much just to read what's happening
ive stopped reading entire manga cause they felt too "busy" shit stresses my brain
Yeah but remember the large pages are usually split so ofc it's going to be like that, try putting a big ass line in the middle of the image
Watch it get revealed that Vegapunk is Usopp's grandpa, thus making him Usopp Vegapunk (i.e. another Vegapunk)
Shaka is like have good decision making trait
while Lilith has bad decision making trait-- like she literally attacks a whole yonko crew .
I would laugh so hard if CP0 looking for all the Vegapunks hear a security recording of Usopp saying he is also Vegapunk so they hunt him thinking it's true.
Castle in the sky is a big inspiration for the story, Laputa is basically the ancient kingdom, so it doesn't comes as much of a surprise
Ah yes how it feels to be in Texas waking up at 5:48 AM to see Liam posted a new video lol
Love it!
Caribou could store the poneglyphs in his bottomless swamp, so maybe he’s just been going around collecting them
While you were discussing Vegapunk recreating the effects of devil fruits, I wondered if a perfect devil's fruit would not weaken the user in water?
As a Caribou fan I’m fulfilled with him being important
I think If vegapunk has created all Warlords seraphims than I guess he also made it of the vice admirals or admirals .. oda is setting up insane fights in upcoming future ✨✨
This could lead to some amazing dream fights in the future
Another reason for the government to kill Vegapunk. He (probably) has ultimate control over the Seraphim, NOT the World Government or the Marines. They can't risk him using a kill switch or turning the Seraphim against them.
Eating, shitting, and sleeping are 3 of my favorite things no way I’d have someone else do it for me
I want to present a very silly but very obvious theory: Monkey D Dragon is also a Dragon Zoan - specifically, a European dragon.
If I encountered a clone of myself as a child, even if the child clone of me was about my height, I would be unable to resist calling them my "Mini-Me"
I loved seeing the rest of the vegapunks. They were so charming
Great video. Jimbei seraphim fight was so awesome! And the reveal at the end was amazing
I just wanna point out Liam put out 2 review videos about 2 different manga on 2 different channels, both chapters dropped almost simultaneously and both videos came out within an hour of each other.
I'm impressed.
Glad you pointed out the design of Pythagoras and Edison, when I saw Edisons ears/antennae reminded me of the game Robopon
Ussops "am I a vegapunk?" lol too good!
Those. Little machines on the moon had wings too.. How old IS vegapunk?
I absolutely love the drawings GLR does, but I legitimately LOST MY SHIT at kuma with the Tims Good work lmao
Shaka’s appearance is SUCH a Daft Punk reference. There is absolutely no way that it isn’t
The fact Mr. Pink might be dead is the cruelest thing that has happened in the story.
Hey atleast he is reunited with his family, so its not that bad
I figured Vegapunk was a mediocre scientist from the void century who was made immortal with a past op op fruit user's help. He's on a quest to rebuild humanity. He just seems smart to present people.
