I look forward to the second part. It was good to see the work around by cutting the heater pipes. There is no way I would want anyone to take the dash out.
My son replaced his in a g6e didn't have to remove the dash done it from underneath just cut the pipes slid out core,new one in .all done within an hour.
@@gregsmachines8386i was sad to see your struggle, ive removed these dashes in fords form XD to FG 3hrs out and back in evaporator and heater coil don't dig pull whole module out

Your a brave man to even attempt that job i have 2011 XR6 I had my climate control fan motor replaced at great expense
Never remove steering wheel put driver seat full forward drop steering wheel on seat this will stop buckling steering rod

You need to be careful of that clock spring

@@Darren-xt1jz yeah I reckon if I had to do it again we’d be a lot quicker. Was basically working it out as we went.
