The brother of one of my closest friends was a young unknown music producer at the time when he got a call from ‘Cher’ asking if he would work with her. It took three calls because he thought it was a wind up and kept putting the phone down til she went:“Nooo! Wait, I really am Cher!” Anyway, they did Strong Enough and several other tracks together and by all reports she was the warmest, funniest, coolest most down to earth person he ever worked with. She is simply awesome.
Remember during COVID Cher paid and helped a lonely elephant trapped by it's owner to be freed and taken to an elephant sanctuary. The video of her singing to the elephant and the reactions from the elephant was priceless.

I know Cher has had plastic surgery but her voice her posture her gate, she's in spectacular shape, I know she says it's good genes but I think she's probably lived a very healthy lifestyle. I remember her and Sam Elliot in Mask, they're basically the same age and he's very frail now. The woman is almost 80. It's amazing!
She says she does Pilates and yoga, which are truly fountains of youth. They can be your only workout or form a foundation for other exercise you do. Plastic surgery is a whole other, separate subject that only affects one’s appearance superficially. Like the face… you can tell she does yoga and Pilates because of her recent performances where she’s skipping and running on stage, laughing and singing. Tons of energy and core/diaphragm strength.
Cher has made a habit of making very smart career choices in her life. And she reflects on mistakes. This is another great example of correcting a mistake, and improving things.

I am 71 years old, and my parents always listen to the Sonny and Cher show. They absolutely love that show, when it was on, they made sure the sound was very high and that us 2 brothers "MUST BE" quiet listening to everything on the show. I still love Cher immensely she is a true Icon for many of us.

I was fortunate enough to be able to see Cher in concert in 2005, I collect the dolls and playsets from the 70s, and now I'm reading the first book. Next, I want the double album on vinyl. Right now, at this point in my life, Cher keeps me going. I have end stage renal failure and am getting dialysis to keep me alive. I think of how she just keeps going at her age and even through all she's gone through in her life, she just keeps going. I think to myself, if she can do it, so can I. So I just try not to give up like Cher has never given up.I adore her and wish I could thank her one day for helping to keep me going

I saw Cher in Las Vegas and she was phenomenal. She had an asthma attack prior to performing and she still finished the concert. AMAZING

We're lucky that we have someone of Cher's age and legend status who is still active and doing it and shows such respect to Kelly. Cher could pass for early 50s, it's crazy how good the work is.

I was fortunate enough to be able to see Cher in concert in 2005, I collect the dolls and playsets from the 70s, and now I'm reading the first book. Next, I want the double album on vinyl. Right now, at this point in my life, Cher keeps me going. I have end stage renal failure and am getting dialysis to keep me alive. I think of how she just keeps going at her age and even through all she's gone through in her life, she just keeps going. I think to myself, if she can do it, so can I. So I just try not to give up like Cher has never given up.I adore her and wish I could thank her one day for helping to keep me going
