Thank you! Vocals are pretty much the last thing done on a track, pretty much after that the track is ready to be mastered for the album :)
So is it because this one sounds the most complete without the vocals, in comparison to the other ones? Or was it just for kicks? XD
@@creatressanna8714 Bit of a long story actually! It was originally not going to have vocals at all, but after the TSFH concert in prague, the EOS guys went what the hell and suggested we do a track with Merethe, and I thought this track would be a great fit. However, they suggested doing it with lyrics, which I wasn't too keen on, so I suggested we release it instrumentally as well. The more I thought about it though, if we were doing this track with Merethe I wanted it to be without lyrics - I thought it could make for a really special track. So instead I offered to write a complete new track with lyrics (hence, Entropy), if we could keep This Too Shall Pass with Merethe, but not lyrics vocals. Eventually I forgot that we originally planned to release This Too Shall Pass instrumentally as well, but they still put it on the album :)
Wow! Interesting to see how that went down. I think it turned out very well in the end, if I do say so myself. ;D
By the way, might we email you about something? Regarding the promotion of this album; there's something I think you should see. :)
