- In today's video I build the brand new Pocher Ducati Final Edition model. This is a crazy, detailed 1:4 scale model with incredible realism. If you want to build this model they are available on the pocher website here:

What a cool bike build. As an experienced partworks model builder I suggest using a little lube oil or petroleum jelly on the screws that go into metal. Also do the final screw tightening with a larger screwdriver for better torque. Conversely do not over tighten screws that go into plastic. Finally, when mounting the tires, soak them first in some very hot water.
I own an actual 959, 1299 and a V2. After watching this, I'm finding one of these kits even though it might hurt for a month or two. Absolute Ducati lunatic. This thing is insane.
Love it, 40 some odd years ago I discovered up pocher model oven Alfa Romeo 2300 8c at Kmart of all places for The bargain basement price of $18 which is a a lot less than retail.
I spent many hours building it lacing the wheels oh my God.
I can't say that I did it justice the paint work wasn't the best but I gifted it to my uncle Wes who owned Boyachek Cycles in Union City Pennsylvania. He was one of the first dealers in the US for not only Ducati, but BMW laverda, you name it.
I spent many Summers with him and got to uncreate one of the first Ducati 750 SS, silver and blue and I got a ride on the back too.
You built it like true Italian. There are "issues" 😀
Ive got a couple 1/6 scale Harleys. They are massive and 1:4 would be even better. Love the large scale stuff and how detailed it all can be at that size
Good job, Bart. Amazing model. Don't apply for a job at Nasa anytime soon.
Nice job. Cool model.
1. Ducati produced 1299 Final Editions, I have # 146
2. The Final Edition came with a EURO 4 compliant Akro exhaust (which weighs a ton) Euro 4 means it emissions friendly in Europe. The Upgraded exhaust will set you back 6 grand.
3. The Final Edition didn't come with electronic front suspension to save on weight. The wires coming out of the triple clamps wasn't an option on the 2018 Final Edition.
Anyways, nice job.
Well done Bart. No model (even the full size vehicle) is perfect, it looks good and we'd love to be able to have the model in the stash. you go bro!
Dude, I can literally sit on that motorcycle right now Bro
perfect music
Hi Bart,
your enthusiasm is infectious and the other Pocher Ducati buildings I found in the web are so gorgeous that I decide to get the Panigale Final Edition immediately. Fortunately I got one of the last and I am looking forward to build it! In a few month I think I will be happy like you are!
Best wishes from Germany south
Uli
you could always display it with the plastics off one side- maybe put a mirror behind it when displayed so one can see both sides. I'm ordering this bike today- I've built a half dozen 1:8 scale cars, some from Pocher and some from Agora, DeAgostini etc. If you haven't looked into the large scale car models- they're a blast as well.
Great job! I hope nobody bumps your shelf!
Poacher has had a long history. Back in the 60’s an American importer of model railroad sets,AHM decided to import Pocher models which at the time were selling for about $200. Unfortunately they didn’t sell very well in the US because of the high price. At one point they decided to cut their losses and sold their entire inventory to K Mart. I Mart put them on the shelves for $20 or so and they all got snapped up very quickly by savvy builders or collectors. In the 70’s I picked up a couple of them at flea markets for very good prices. Today those kits go for over $1000-2000. A lot of the car kits have never been re-released so they can get that kind of money.
just beautiful , happy for you
Mine should be here next week. Have you seen the German upgrade site? Just when you thought it couldn’t get any crazier. Oh boy
That's an awesome job man, thought it would be cool if they had a clear fairing on one side so you could see all the hard work you put into that engine. 50 plus hours! You my friend are legend!
I like model motorcycle very much.
Bart your motorcycle videos are some of the best on RUclips! Primo stuff! But finish the goddamn model correctly!!! This isn't a Hobby Lobby kit!
Model looks pretty sick fluump, might consider getting one of these soon.
Nice Build! Great music as well.
Amazing work I wonder if they make a 1/4 Scale of the legendary Honda NSR500 🤔 The best 2 Stroke Motorcycle ever built!! 😀 I've always wanted one!! Nice Ducati btw
So the model came with issues.just like a real ducati.
Well done 👏 you 😊
Amazing!!! Congrats!!!! I wanna this.....Lol
Pocher need to do a 916!!!!
Man that would be amazing. Or the F4. Basically anything Massimo designed
@@bartmotorcycle 916 sp for me , with the 3 spoke brembo wheel
Considering the price of a real one, then this is a bargain !! 😁
You did god job , I just finished my pocher Ducati, if you have any questions regarding Handel , I can tell you how to stabilize it on shocks
Will only go up in value good investment
Will it ? You sure 🤔 Curious why that is ?
@@BigDreamsSmallWalletRC try and buy one in about 5 years time
Hi, nice video. I just ordered this beauty and to be honest I'm scared about building it becouse It will be my first kit. Hope to build it correct 95% 😇
You got it! Is not that hard just take your time, I rushed it so I could make a video out of it lol
@@bartmotorcycle Hello !! Can you send the link where is possible to order this huge nice model? 🤝🙂✌
@@pauliusgtp1421 in the description
Oh my god.....I am speechless man! what a work of Art, well done!! If I may ask, do you have any previous assembly experience with models before? I would like to order one of these and I have never assembled a model like this beofre. I am huge into RC cars but this looks like a task of great precission and patience
Honestly you'd have no problem with it, I'm not great at this kind of thing and the old pocher kits are honestly horrible. I did this basically all day in a few days, you could do it early in a month just an hour a day or so
@@bartmotorcycle Thanks dude! And do you think the overall qulity is good? WHere is this kit made? Italy right? Thanks again man!
Very Nice! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
the exhaust is Akrapovik, maybe a titanium one with low restriction for more hps in the V twin
Wow awesome 👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻⭐🌟😯😲😊
hi bro..awesome and nice job..very2 cool video bro 👍🏼👍🏼..from malaysia 🇲🇾🤝
19:25 _I wanna pick what your next bike is_ I would actually like to see something with laced spokes at quarter scale... something that would typify the classic notion of a bike image.
@ 12:00 bart looks like he cried bless him.//
Imagine building a brushless motor inside of that thing! a receiver and battery. I wonder if that would work.
At least you have near real👍👍
YOu simply cannot leave screws untightened. STOP and figure out what you need to do... This isn't a Revell Kit!
Drill out the screw holes with the appropriate drill bit. All you need is a pin Vice and a few small drills. You can get them at any hobby shop.
I want this Ducati toy bike
New ,thanks for you tube recommenda, how come they know I loved big scaled and hate new retros??
I would definitely not have the patience to build that thing.
Biggest issue I am finding is some of the screws are longer than necessary.. makes for hard work screwing them in....
Its a fun build though
It's a relatively easy build you are better off following youtuber builds rather than the actual instructions as there are a lot of mistakes on them!!!!.
coba bawa sunmori bang
That seems like it was a really expensive model to do such slop job of assembling it. When you get tired, just step away for a little while instead of rushing it. How many extra parts were left when you finished, lol?
The guy is a you-tuber he could afford to throw it away if he wanted to!!!!! PS it is approximately £800
@@Shadders100 That's no excuse to hack job a kit like this. THat's the problem today. There is NO SENSE of VALUE... Just do it for clicks...What a Shame.
Cool video. But I think you have to live somewhere where it snows eight months out of the year.
Even a ballpark price would have been very helpful and complete the video.
I am searching for an mv agusta like the Panigale in your Video. Did you pr somebody know where i can order one?
Hi bro! Awesome build! I’m interested in getting this, but what do you advise for a first-timer before getting into building this? Do i have to purchase my own set of tools or items prior to building this?
Hello, I see this is sold out at the pocher site. Could you please tell me how much you paid for this? I’m guessing USD? Many thanks!
I've got it. It's a toy like the ferraris. It will need the transkit which is too expensive but it needs it.
fluump no cap
me pasas algun link para comprar estos productos?? gracias
ducati looks its best at 10:41 i dont like the cosmetic front cover, looks best with free handle bars
I can't figure out how to order one. ???
I want one I just don't want to assemble it myself where can I buy them already assembled
😍😍😍😍
If it has pistons and everything like a real bike how do you go about starting the bike?
I went to there site but they don't offer a lot of models,
I own a real fe and want this
Check out Pocher UK. That's where I bought it
You stated the model is 98% completed. And screws fells out? Yes, you are officially a Ducati owner 🤣. Edit: misspelling
How u get one
Can anyone please help me.. stage 17.. attaching the left side footpag / suspension assembly onto the bike.. where the hell does it screw into??? Instructions are a joke..
Não falo sua língua e também não a entendo, tem a opção de comprar a moto já montado
There's a bit no point if you messed up the wires.
I got mine last week. Pocher bikes has lots of flaw you need to repaint on some parts. And so many seam lines on the parts has to file them out. Especially the fuel cover has to paint it silver otherwise it'll looks ugly. But it's a good model.
Do you mind to measure the finished bike's Length x width x height? Will be much appreciated
518.7 x 202.5 x 277.5 and weighs 5.5 kilos...
No Product link
Look like the where the biggest toy motorcycle
😂😂😂😂
Hi im intressest i som issius i hav baying it du you hav time får un discusson ?
Did everything come painted?
Yes!!!!.
Where do you get this model ?.
Del
Giveaway for me sir :')
I bet that's a £100 ore moor kit wot a kit
How do you mount suspension spring? i have problems installing it (can not compress it enought). i follow the manual but stuck on the spring:)
I used a mini clamp to compress it to get it in place but saying that you should only need to do this if you choose option F
I've got the Anniversario one of these. I put my name down for this one too and I'm still waiting to hear if I can get one. I've done a review on my channel if anyone is interested. It was a major pain in the rear end to build it to be honest.
Nice! Looks like they're still for sale, is there a waiting list out something? Just watched your video and yours is sweet!
So cool; so expensive! Ha
Damn that’s 1200 dollars Canadian 😢
Are you selling it Bart it needs building properly....lol
😂
🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
I'd like to buy one and build it but I already have a real one.
dude all the more reason to imo. You have the final edition??? Jealous
@@bartmotorcycle yes, I have had many Ducati and this is the last one. But I really love your model. Really well done.👍😊
@@dadodido4290 guess it makes sense for it to be the 'final' one. well I'll trade you the model for it if you're ever wanting to get rid of it! lol
@@bartmotorcycle ok I'll think about it😊
Holy 50 shades of fucking blue balls, I will give you a real cycle if you build me one of these. Bad Ass !!!
So they didn’t fix the suspension detail, final edition doesn’t have electronic suspension
Yeah I just noticed this yesterday, I was watching a video of someons riding it and you're right.
What song plays at 3:40?
Any lights??? This bike for the price should of came with lights
No!!!!.
@@Shadders100 y not?? The lights would of made it btr
Looks like an expensive " dust collector "
Damn $1800
Are you serious ?? 1800$ and it don't even move ?? I'd have to drop a a 2 stroke in it and make a Rc out of it !!!
Price of this bike please .
Over 1,800$ USDT so roughly in the ballpark of like 1400Euro
look on E-bay not available anywhere else now!!!.
@@Shadders100 😂it's costs ₹70lakhs in Indian Currency, with this money i can buy a Range Rover or a Porsche 😂
Where did you get this
Some people are saying they can't order it now so they might be out, they only made 500 I think
Where did you order this kit??
It's linked in the description
MUFF CABBAGE!!!!!!!
Where did you order from? Pocher customer service says they dont ship to US, and hornby US does not carry it.
I ordered mine directly on their website on Sunday. Free shipping to US.
You may try looking on E-bay that's where i got mine from, south korea £882 or $1019 free postage!!!.
Here's the thing for a 1:4 scale. Why not produce real working parts instead of plastic ones?
Back in the day I built the Porcher Fiat. When compared to the Japanese kits they suck. Terrible fitment, poor product support, etc.
📡🛰️📡🛰️📡🛰️📡🛰️📡🛰️
It’s not a 1 : 4. It’s a 1 : 8
Wrong. It is a 1/4 scale.
Jesus, that music is annoying.
I'm amazed at how you can just screw things together and call it a build? What a frickin joke. Give me a break 😅😅😅😅
You probably don't have enough skills to actually build something.😂😂😂😂😂
It's POKER - like the card game. Not like POACHER - the assholes that kill animals for money illegally. And it was always called "EARLY BIRD SPECIALS' or special - not "PRE-ORDER" which is a horrible misnomer made up by the ignorant. Meaning that you could order something early before it was available. This was an Early Bird Special in the flyers that you could get in the mail back in the day before everyone became stupid and started making up idiotic euphemisms for every day things. The advertising imbeciles have really ruined the English language! At any rate this is an expensive toy. It's neat to look at and enjoy but not $800.00 U.S. to enjoy! It simply sits on a shelf and does nothing else. I have this much in models alone! I think I have about 50 altogether in various stages of build. Be as that may I like watching these kind of things come together from start to finish. I hope that you get the rest of the stuff with that bike figured out. Thank you for sharing this with the rest of us to enjoy.
Sit on it. 😂🤣🤣🚼🚼 jk jk
Yet more utterly tedious, royalty free muzak to playing in the background. Stopped watching after 30 seconds.
Tell you what, if you turn the volume down and put on some drake or Nicki Minaj or pink or whatever you like, it's as if i put that muzak in the video 🤷
@@bartmotorcycle but then I won't be able to hear your words of wisdom during construction. ;}
@@r066tx LMAO you watched the video don't lie
A waste of time and money!
I was getting a bit of anxiety watching those tiny screws rolling around all over and not in a magnetic dish.
I am OCD to the nth degree. I would drag the assembly of that out for a month just so it wouldn’t end, OR I’d stay awake on coffee and vape nic and work on it until it was done. 😂🤣
