@infringementMAN I don't think that's right, it's spelled 'Cybuster' in the official art books and the localized versions of SRW OG and OG2 have 'Cybuster' as well, and they consulted Banpresto on the name... I think 'Cybaster' is just a mis-romanized version that's used some places.
it's not that the robot is more melee prone but rather that the pilot may excell at one type of combat than the other. As for Masaki he has always been more of a melee based character

I can't wait to see what the Akashic Buster looks like in the PS2 SRW with the Cybuster in it; SRW: OG Sagas. That was the attack that made me think "Damn, this robot's cool" back in SRW EX.

No. There has been NO sources stating that the copyright existed. Which means, there's still a chance for the other LOE stuffs to appear in OG series. Get it right, people. I'm sick of people stating one unsourced thing based on rumors and making people accept it as facts.
Um...they super deformed everyone from final onwards. Honestly it looks better that way: it's too angular otherwise, and it's supposed to look like organic knight armor.

BTW, cybaster was awesome before SRWA, its high familiar was made of win back in the old SNES days

The game had better style for the attacks in general. They made up for the lack in pretty graphics by making things look kool.
They are coded into the game, but not playable. However, should someone hack it or use Gameshark or something, they could use those 2.
I love fire, so, i'm waiting for Elemental Lord of Fire, if there is one.
It's sad how cybuster was crappy in this game though.
