Good in quality but very poor in service. No service outside Bangalore. Need to send ups to there office. Bad experience. Worst customer care. They only focus on sales.

since other solar companies like aviva solar company,will receive money and dupu you,it is my own experience,i have lost Rs.1,00,000/ paying as advance and no product is installed,let alone that they don't respond.if at all they respond,their usual version is "nale baruthevay"and your money is gone.very bad experience ,this company was sponsored by same kannada kuvara,on his belief i paid advance,now the money is gone,am approaching the police now.also i will approach Basuki people.kannada kuvara pl respond to my remarks pl.
