This set is the really special one. When I first started trying to make Doom mods. My very first attempt at anything was to make an NES Zelda mod. Needless to say it was really bad, so I shelved it and started on GMOTA. So coming back to it after all those years with more skill and to fully realize what I wanted to make was so goddamn satisfying. I noticed you triggered the candle's fullbright effect, if you weren't aware you can hold altfire to give yourself a temporary lightamp powerup, just like how you could light up an entire room in Zelda 1 with a single flame. Zelda 1 on the NES in general is a very special game to me, lots of good memories playing that game at my grandparent's house. That entire set is dedicated in loving memory of them. Also I added the mini cultists solely because someone said I wouldn't do it. No regrets there, I love those little guys.
i've been playing this mod for a very long time, before this class was even added, but even after this latest i didnt really give this class a proper shot until recently. the amount of tools is a little overwhelming but man is it satisfying when you get the hang of all of them and start seeing the perfect opportunities to use them. also whipping out the sword and shield to block a revenant projectile at the last second gives me the big dopamine
