Personally I would rather go forward with 1v1's for future tournaments and hope that Jagex could implement some sort of downloaded additional program that would be required to compete in the tournament, which would scan and send data back to them as to catch any ddos actions while they happen live, then cutoff the servers and ban those accounts and resume the tournament..... maybe this isn't possible but maybe it is...
Given ROTs scummy behavior in the past I always assume they’re going to do scummy stuff in the future. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of them were legit real life criminals. Why the RS community still give these people a pass is beyond me. Until the community makes a big enough stink about this then ROT will always win and nothing will be done.
