@@curiousrefuge it was brilliant. I suspect when word gets out a lot of people will use this episode to get a better understanding of what advertisers are looking for.
The best part would be if all these contestants submit the details on tools they used and they way they created prompts for images models n videos. Great watching this broadcast as i see only 128 are watching this episode live. And am the 1st to comment.
@@adancewithgod yeah indeed.. am curious if out of the way there was any 3d modeling or other tools were used. These videos were so amazing. We would luv to watch those contestants explaining how they rendered these clips
Caleb and Shelby, the two of you are the clear winners, this best of podcast, newsletter and video competition. This is in the same tier as meeting u at your party in Vegas. Thanks again, Geoff
Congrats to the winners. Kudos to Curious Refuge for hosting this! Look forward to the next one. The judging was very strange, but I know it's hard to judge. Thanks for giving us a peek behind the curtain! Good job!
The problem is, the end-consumer and audience aren't as critical on such a fine grain level. At the end of the day an ad is about entertainment with a sprinkle of information. I really enjoyed the fox one.
Amazing work! This is going straight into my education playlist. There was so much good insight for newer filmmakers like myself. Congrats to all the winners! I hope to learn from some of y'all
The actual brand choices (by the brands advertised) were the same choices I thought was perfect because they made me feel like watching, engaged and actually buying the products (consumer perspective).

The one about the choice to go right or left about the bottle was so realistic that I forgot it was ai and I thought wait I thought this was an AI commercial and then I remembered how good AI was at rendering live scenes!
does anybody know what tools were mainly used? and what could be some workflow in production? (in the sense, you create the first resources like images or similar, then you prompt and generate the video through the previous resources etc)
@@curiousrefuge thanks a lot! I was thinking about something like this, surely sometimes one could come up with an innovative solution adopting different, non-linear combinations of them
Ok, minimize the hands changing all the time on the fox the third commercial I thought that commercial was pretty cool and funny. Fix that and you have a hit.
The first path ad is 'very' inspired by this ad for Fage ruclips.net/video/bLGwTDFu4l0/видео.html (that's okay though). Love the video and the breakdowns!
The feedback from the judges is so invaluable. I'm glad yall record those
We appreciate you watching!

Maybe curious refuge could do some follow-up interviews with the contestants about how they actually made the videos. This is revolutionary!
My commercial came 4th and I’m hoping to break down how I made it etc in the near future on my channel :)

The only ad that made me want to buy the product was the rainbow colored whipnotic.
I actually looked it up so I could buy it next time I'm in the store LOL!
Well then it worked :)
Congrats to all the winners, the submissions were incredible!
thanks

They are even more critical
Thank you for taking us through the judging process and their thoughts. Bring on another competition this was fun!
We will soon! The Horror Contest!

Gracias por apoyar al talento , felicidades a los ganadores !
Thanks for watching!
Great job everyone. Some of the best was the stuff they didn't choose. Taste is subjective. Lol!
Thanks for watching !
This is better than AI Coca cola ads
Can someone point me to where can I learn to put products within AI generated videos? Is this with After Effects?
You can check out Everart.ai
Any future competitions? i want to join
Yes! We will certainly hold future competitions!
How they do brand mockups on generations it is in generations process or it is done after in afterfx?
We'll ask them for a breakdown! :)
Impressive work!!!
Thank you!

@@adancewithgod so u mean there were live scenes added?
@@khanhabib25 no it was all AI I think. Was it?
does anybody know what tools were mainly used? and what could be some workflow in production? (in the sense, you create the first resources like images or similar, then you prompt and generate the video through the previous resources etc)
Very often starts with MJ, then uses an animation tool like Runway, then lots of heavy AE too.
@@curiousrefuge thanks a lot! I was thinking about something like this, surely sometimes one could come up with an innovative solution adopting different, non-linear combinations of them
How did they put the actual product in the videos?
Training Lora models and/or photoshop is a common method!
I loved the fox one!!! Funny thing. I have know idea what the car fox is.
Ad for a service that sells historical reports on used cars (for example, accidents, etc).
I must be getting old, you guys brought up carfax, but nobody remembered the fox from the nintendo game called starfox.
Ah Starfox... that game was the best.
The AI needs to work on the fish and fix the water line and the fish to be more dynamic.
We appreciate you watching!
AMAZING!! Congrats to all the creators, your work is truly inspiring...

The problem I have with the Chamorro water spot is that the vision of twenty five years from now is the state of the oceans today.
We appreciate you watching!
Funny how the youngest person on the panel keeps referring to his early work days as old school while the others must restrain their eye rolls.
Hehe, it's all relative!
Our school ❤❤
Hidden space will win ❤❤

ITS TOTALLY AI GENERATED WITHOUT USING EDITNG SOFTWARE ? AND WHAT AI MODEL HAS BEEN USED ?
It's a mixutre of editing and also AI. The assets are AI generated.
5:15 and now I wanna buy me self a Culture pop Soda. sounds and looks tasty.
edit: the second CPS ad didn't made me feel engaged with the ad at all.
Hah, glad you enjoyed this!
it feels like someone pissed into my eyes and ears
Sounds like that hurts!
why oh why couldn't you record the feedback for my submission?? :((
Please send us a DM and we can help clarify!
ludovits reminded me of 5 gum
Haha yes!
Ok, minimize the hands changing all the time on the fox the third commercial I thought that commercial was pretty cool and funny. Fix that and you have a hit.
Fair advice!
Wow I guess the whole advertising business has been turned upside down as of today.
Hehe, not quite but it's certainly going to be disrupted !
Cool
Thanks for watching!
Too bad I lost
We appreciate you submitting!
Why can't people hire actual artist to make commercials instead of using ai?
And what about the "actual" artist that uses AI as a tool?
Video producers, musicians, models, artwork, all fucked up.
Not the artists that use these tools!
