It's the information I need but the speed and the briefness of each topic left me for dead! Can someone tell me where an in-depth video on this subject is?
So my custom fields are not showing on the front end in the post. In reading ACF documentation it is saying you must edit php templates in WordPress to make this function? quite advanced or am I missing something. Thanks for this great tutorial!
I was trying to follow this, but it was so fast, that even many rewinds later I hadn't got it. I really need this at the moment as I am moving 290 videos from a group I am going to close. So yes something more step by step and slower would be great.
Hey Steven - you’re trying to move videos into your website? If you describe what you’re trying to do in a bit more detail I may be able to point you in the right direction. - Tony
Thanks Tony. I have a closed group on Facebook for people I have taught how to help people out of chronic pain. They often ask questions that I answer with a Facebook live rather than try and type it. The trouble is that with 290 videos currently they are are difficult to access in Facebook and find the right ones. I currently have a spreadsheet with description but no tags and no search. So what I would like to do is move them all to be accessed from a single place and be tagged and what you describe above is ideal. Also they need to be kept away from public viewing but I can give them access through my Thrive Apprentice. Would I have to host the videos on my Vimeo account? Perhaps for a different video of your about embedding versus uploading them to WordPress? I really appreciate your help, Steven @@Thrivethemes
Why I feel like ended up on just installing two plugins at the end of video.....Could have done better job.. Or at least video title should not be misleading.

I would love to see a directory theme from thrive theme like you did for woocommerce .
Noted! Will work on it. - Tony
Yes, that would be nice. A Theme !
Why don't you create Post Types with Advanced Custom Fields instead of installing Custom Post Types?
Yes, with the old version of ACF you cannot create Post Types. In the latest version, ACF allows you to create Post Types

You shouldn’t have to do that! Can you check in with our support team?

Completely agree with you.
