I’m a newish subscriber and this video came up on my feed. GURL! I am in Grad school, wanting to maintain my 4.0 gpa and just had one of those classes with a hard professor I thought I was going to fail! 😮💨 And that affirmation and faith of “I’m going to get an A in this class, cryin out to God,” my God I can relate!! I have two semesters left and Gurl it’s Hard!!! I’ve taught elementary-high school and didn’t particularly like it. BUT, I wound up teaching at a community college and Really Liked it! So I think I’m goin to teach Undergrad and have a private practice on the side (I’m a psych major). I also desire to have an online boutique and pursue creative endeavors. BUT, one thing at a time. This is such an inspirational video for me!!! Thanks for sharing!! It’s Still hittin, 2 years later ma’am!! ❤️❤️❤️

I started in a degree similar to biology, my course was Health Sciences - Pre Clinical. Like you said, you can do pharmacy, medicine, occupational therapy, physician assistant etc. I ended up switching to nursing school, which I am currently finishing up. To be honest, still don't know if this is the right thing. I love nursing! but we shall see...my husband tells me it's never too late to reinvent yourself or change your course, so my only promise to myself is to finish what I started.
This was really therapeutic for me. I often question myself about the academic decisions I made, I will be a first generation grad when I finish nursing school, which I am proud of, but I feel like I want to do more. You made me cry, the good happy cry.
Aww babe I didn't mean to. Glad your husband is supportive enough to allow you to reinvent your self. One thing I lie about nursing is that it's very flexible so if you have other aspirations the way is good enough that you can hopefully self-fund those ventures. If I had to do it all over again I probably would have gone to nursing school. Finally, we all know ourselves if truly you know in your heart healthcare isn't gonna work for you long term listen to it and start planning your way out as soon as you can money is great but you can be happy and make money too.

So much respect. I actually thought about killing myself because I was failing out of college. I had dreams, literally dreams, where I was dust and a broom was sweeping me away. When you’re in that place, God preserve you. Suicide is such a waste. Just two years ago, A friend of my sons committed suicide. Why? Most likely because the flunking out of a very hard program. Oh my Lord. Receive him in your presence.

Not sure I want to subscribe to your channel. You took 21:29 mins, of 25:45 mins. to tell people you quit your job to become a full-time RUclipsr, after all the "backstory and a few extras thrown in". The topic of one of your blogs got my attention but is it worth it, I dont believe so, but I will go back and watch a few of your old blogs and then make a decision.
