Name of the EV subsidiary- TPEML- Tata passenger electric mobility limited. This subsidiary recently acquired Ford sanand plant for 726cr. They can produce 4 lakh vehicles per annum from this plant at full utilization. This is one of the most technologically advanced plant in India.
Can't thank you enough Ishmohit and SOIC for the selfless education you are imparting to all the retail investors specifically. I learnt a lot about SOTP. Thanks for all the efforts..🙏🙏
Pls do a vdo on positive and negative impact due to the fully electrified freight corridor coming online in 2024 and proxies impacted. Diesel consumption for India will drop due to the railway electrification. The heavy and medium truck sales will suffer across big five truck manufacturers - tata motors, Ashok Leyland, M&M, Bharatbenz, Eicher as long distance East to North and north to west will drop. OEM truck parts suppliers, Truck Financiers will have a negative impact. Logistics and supply chains will benefit due to quicker supplies. Coal transport and thermal power plants will do better as coal supply delays will not happen.
The SUV trend started long back. Even Rolls royce, bentley, lamborghini, Aston marting and many other luxury brands had to introduce SUVs because they saw high demand there and observed people shifting to SUVs.
Great video. Have a question. My understanding is they own majority stake in Tata Technologies which is due for valuation unlocking via public issue sooner than later
@SOICfinance, great great video. I was perplexed how to value conglomerates. Quite informative and superb value in 40 mins. I am wondering what narrative has pushed the stock to 627 rs (LTP). Seems far fetched to me. Even with EV picking up, we clearly see that it cannot add such a huge differential to stock price. People are mentioning a new Ford plant acquired. Honestly, I fail to see that kinda value addition from one plant only. What are your thoughts on the current valuation?
We've covered them in the latest release. We're glad to know you suggestions for our work. Thank you for watching our videos. 😃 We hope to continue adding value to your investing journey. 🤜
@@SOICfinance By the way Tata Chemicals also holds Tata Sons....if listed the valuation of Tata Chems holdings alone is more than Tata chemical....Would be nice if you make a video on Tatas and its holdings in all companies.
Tata motors real turnaround became after the launch of Tata Nexon I believe before that all the launches they made they discontinued it very soon And now we get to see many Tata cars and people realising the importance of good built quality cars

What is your opinion about Tata motors' management commentary about going next debt free by FY24-25? I find it difficult given the debt levels however since it's a part of Tata Group they must have some guidance from the group level to turn around the business and Tata Group might help in paying debt or some kind of JV in the discussion like EV stake sale etc.
@@SOICfinance Bought at 150 levels before Covid then bought at 70 to 120 (Avg 120s) and now 7% of PF. It was my low expectations stock that gave highest return 😅, Not going to sell till 2025

can you please explain when the world is on the edge of recession which means less spending for sure.. coz of higher prices.. so less discretionary spends.. what makes auto sector so growth hunger that everyone sees a growth in auto sector?
Will there be a recession. As if we look at macro picture most goverment are doing quantitative tightening and that may be good in high inflation enviornment but it is a way to deal with demand side inflation. But for most the inflation is due to lower supply and other issues that make for no effect if the demand slows down. This make it very hard to justify that which party will tolerate more.
It will grow but as per the analysis….they have to be careful with debts else it will remain in range…..and even if they grow shareholders will have no dividends or bonuses.

Sir u din talk about Tata motors aiming for debt free status in next 2 yrs. Also no mention of Tata Technologies ipo and subsequent valuation ..
But we have to talk about the debt Today na? They've been mentioning debt free for last many years? But are they debt free?
@@ishmohit1 also some talk that with ipo of tata technology proceeds part of debt repayment will happen. Does it make sense to you ?
It will grow but as per the analysis….they have to be careful with debts else it will remain in range…..and even if they grow shareholders will have no dividends or bonuses.
You got a subscriber bro❤🔥🔥🔥
Thankyou sir
