Many times my achar gets rotten.Plz tell me what oil is suitable other than mustard oil.
سرسوں کے تیل کے علاوہ کوئی تیل استعمال نہ کریں میں نے بہت تجربے کئے ہیں ذائقہ نہیں آتا لیکن ایک چیز یہ غلط بتا رہے ہیں کہ اتنا تیل ڈالیں با یہ کہ جو آچار تیل سے باہر ہوگا وہ خراب ہو جائیگا تیل اتنا ڈالیں کہ سارا آچار ڈوب جائے اور اس پر کم از کم آدھا انچ تیل کی تہہ ہونی چاہئے پانی پہلے سے سکھا لیں تو آچار سالوں خراب نہیں ہوگا اگر پانی صحیح طریقے سے نہیں نکال سکتے اس کو ہلکی آنچ پر تھوڑی دیر کڑ کڑا لیں
