🌱 what is ASMR?🌱
ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is described as a tingly sensation or feeling that travels from the base of the scalp down the limbs and can manifest in different parts of the body. It causes a lovely, relaxing feeling to the people who experience it, as well as sometimes pleasant 'shivers', and can help with things like insomnia or trouble sleeping. It can occur in situations like hearing a particular sound or 'trigger', and many people experience varying degrees of the phenomenon. Not everyone who listens or watches ASMR videos experiences the sensation however! Some people utilize the sounds of a soothing voice or certain trigger(s) to help fall asleep or relax, without feeling the 'tingles'. It is a blossoming community online, whose main purpose is to bring tranquility and tingles to whoever enjoys it! ✧

Don't know if you remember me but you had said you'd like an update every once in awhile. I'm about a week away from being 6 months clean. Your videos are still very much apart of my recovery. They continue to help me get a healthy amount sleep at night. I couldn't be more grateful. Especially for these tingle immunity episodes. I am an ASMR veteran who only gets a twinge of a tingle once in a blue moon. However, I don't know what ancient magic you imbued into this video, but I had whole body tingles for a good 25% of the entire runtime. They wore off towards the end, but wow, you truly cured me.

Would you please consider doing a video fully dedicated to the close whispering you do where you go from soft spoken to super close whispering? That gives me some mad tingles, and not a whole lot of people do that.
An English accent that doesn't actually make me cringe! Probably one of the best I've heard. Sometimes they seem a bit insulting and over done, but this is perfect!

I’ve never experienced tingles in my 10 years of watching ASMR but it sure does make me sleepy and bring me comfort
The comforting familiarity this accent has to my former grad school roommate who is from Edinburgh just made me miss her all the more. 😩❤️ She confused everyone cuz she sounded more like she came from London, but there were a few vowels that came out more Scottish. We may have only lived together for only one semester before I graduated, but she’s an absolute doll and moved back to finish her degree.
I havent had actual scalp tingles in years lol. Im at 1:55 and its already begun. I didnt think this would work tbh lol. Thank you!
