    I have all of those ingredients right now (well not Grey Goose, but I do have another fine vodka). Time to do a test tonight!

    I like seeing people use Peychaud's bitters. I think it's a great flavor complex that works well in tons of cocktails. They're way cheaper than angostura bitters as well (at least they are where I live). I look forward to giving this one a try. Cheers, Drinks Tube.

      Locally all I can get is angostura (which are pretty cheap at $5 a bottle). I had to order in Peychauds. Hopefully with bitters getting more popular places will start to carry a wider variety.

      I am going to try for sure! There were some ingredients that didn't sound familiar, but would I be able to get them from any liquor store you think?

      At the expense of diluting the drink... don't ever do that. Excess water is your worst enemy

    I followed this recipe but it came out really bad. I think it might be because i didn't have high quality ice. I tried freezing some myself but i don't know if i messed up the ice recipe or what but it came out all cold and hard but tasted kinda bland. I tried going to my local supermarket but they only had "ice". I asked a clerk and they said they didn't carry high quality ice. I saw some ice online that was $1 per LBS and then they had high quality ice for $10 per LBS so i tried buying that, but when it came in the mail i just recieved water. Do you think i got scammed or is high quality ice supposed to be liquid?

      I'm deeply sorry for trying to be funny. If you did not laugh and/or enjoyed my comment you can contact our costumer service department for a refund and they will be sure to tell you something mean and angry and maybe call you names like is expected when looking at RUclips comments.

      You have to boil the water to activate the hidrogen atoms in H2O

    I only know cocktails that have some kind of juice or water in it to make them less strong. Will this cocktail knock me out or am I just too scared of 50ml of vodka plus vermouth plus liquer ?

      You can scale back the alcohol content if you like - use use 25ml of vodka

      Not all ice is frozen equal! There's a special technique bar tenders use to get beautiful clear ice cubes. And of course you can always make ice balls! ruclips.net/video/kzwtga0K8P0/видео.html

    "Good quality ice" Oh, so that's why my drinks always sucks. I don't have any expensive fucking ice... I'm so dumb.

    • @DrinksTube
      @DrinksTube  7 лет назад

      Good quality ice just means ice that has been frozen slowly, so it's clear and melts more slowly.
