    Pentru blatul de bezea:
    8 albusuri
    250 g zahar
    2 linguri suc de lamaie
    35 g amidon de porumb
    100 g fulgi de migdale
    Pentru umplutura:
    200 g branza mascarpone
    200 ml frisca lichida
    30 g zahar pudra
    1 lingura esenta de vanilie
    300 g zmeura proaspata
    For merigue:
    8 egg whites
    250 g sugar
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    35 g corn starch
    100 g almond flakes
    For the filling:
    200 g mascarpone cheese
    200 ml double cream
    30 g powdered sugar
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    300 g raspberry
