Everything You Wanted to Know About Fairview, Texas

I think of Fairview, Texas as a little bit city and a little bit country. I've been selling homes in Fairview, Texas for 21 years now and have come to appreciate it in so many ways. I'm going to share some of them with you and explain why the town looks the way it does. For example, why are the homes in Fairview on one acre lots when right across the street Allen looks like a typical city with homes on small lots and right on top of each other? Why didn't Fairview develop the way Allen has? How can Fairview residents afford to own a beautiful, 4 story office building? Or build not just one, but two expensive fire stations? How can Fairview pay for a completely staffed police and fire department? Those are all very expensive projects. There aren't many towns of only 10,000 that can afford all that, so how do they do it? What else about Fairview makes it one of the top destinations for families relocating into the area? Why do Fairview residents love living there? This video will reveal some of the surprises about Fairview you might not know.
