No Foreseer, no solar pair bonus, level 1 card in the mix. Holy moly what a sweaty match up I probably triggered early arthritis with the days/hours I spent on this. Anyway, on to what worked -
Build: Damage to weak 85%+. Trying to clear this level with underleveled cards is impossible without it. Crit rate for outside of weakened state. Expedited energy cause frangere slash. Protocores... I went kinda crazy, had 4 maxed.
Battle: Frangere slash 2x for each weakened state & whenever possible without eating from resonance points. You're in a good spot if you shield lock immediately after the 1 minute weakened state. Once the thunder starts ... try to just dodge as best you can lol. It's completely RNG :’) Break shields around 0:13, if you're at the end of 2x bar you're almost there!! Get 3 stacks, oath, and then frangere slash for the last sec clutch.
