the reveal trick really works well against bolt/slow snipers like M24. And another skill to learn is rotating position, when trying to clutch against many players, having a good sense of the map will help you tremendously, knowing which corners to peek, knowing what path you take or they take, blind spots, cover, or even predicting how long they'll get there is a huge advantage over against a offensive and charging enemy.
