I have studied drums with Dom for many many years. No other person I know has inspired me more not only as a drummer but as a drum teacher and a person.
Dom, You are truly a unique person. I was emotional at the end of this interview, because i know that everything You say is truly from your heart and sole. Just being around you is inspiring and you cant help becoming a better person..I always talk to my students about you and attempt to share your passion and drive with my students!! Dom, you have a clarity of thought and speech that is singular. You open your mouth and it makes consummate sense. No half thought through replies, your every answer has an intro, a path to the meat of the reply, and succinct full stop at the end to complete your thought. Love it!

I remember there was a video of Dom hanging out with Jim Chapin when Jim was clearly at the end of his life. Dom was so positive and full of good vibes. I am sure Dom's presence made Jim feel elevated that day.
Yes, Dom was very close to Jim Chapin and speaks of him often. Dom is such an extremely positive person, we are glad to have him on our team!

Very special interview of reversed rolls of Dom been interviewed by members of his own session panel. To say that Dom is a motivational speaker , not only for drummers but his own philosophy of life would be a massive understatement . A naturally god given speaker
and master drummer himself (check out his double bass drum chops) leaves little to the imagination that the international drumming community should be so fortunate to have a man such as this , to represent us all with his wisdom , humbleness , and sincerity for the advancement of the drumnastic art , but most of all music in general .
