    I had to take apart 7 pallets by myself that are the size of cars, so it's so cool to see a fellow young person doing the same thing!

      Bet you got some solid wood of them. I've been growing a collection of them. Outside of the downtime the unlimited pallets are my favorite perks to my job lol

    great work and great video.
    I found this out after i completed a pallet project of my own, but to anyone thinking of doing this. be careful building with pallets, most pallets are either heat treated(relatively safe) or treated with a methyl bromide chemical cocktail. methyl bromide is a very potent pesticide and has harmful effects on human health. make sure you know where the pallets were from, what type they were and stay safe.

    Excellent video guys, did a great job so far. I'm not very mathematically inclined, I have a ton excuses as to why I can't make a shed or little cabin, but you dudes are building a little rustic cabin out in the middle of nowhere with just battery powered tools, hammer and nails a few helping hands and a will power to make it happen. Awesome

    I can’t imagine though, that with all the individual pieces being nailed so close to the end, that you didn’t have trouble with splitting boards?!

    • @lukeperk
      @lukeperk  3 года назад +2

      Surprisingly enough we had almost no issues with boards splitting. We reused a lot of the nails from the pallets so I think they are small enough to avoid that issue.
