Upgraded Signal - Shelbourne St at Pear St (Saanich)

They have an LPI in both directions (including the main road, which is fine). Though I wish they had dedicated bicycle signal heads that would be green during the LPI (so that cyclists can also get a head start).
Also, the main road LPI could be shortened to 3 seconds, as the side street is quite narrow (lanes are only 3.1 meters wide). So it only takes pedestrians about 3 seconds to cross a lane a traffic. Though I’m not sure what Saanich’s minimum standard is for LPI’s.
