Yes. the O'Jays are one of the greatest R&B groups of all-time! One of the Greatest groups of All-time!! This is once in a lifetime, legendary, greatness you are hearing and watching!!!
Love it! O'Jays...thanks Ky & Nick.
Please don't stop. "Cry Together " "Lovin You" "Forever Mine" "Living for the Weekend. ......on and on . Love you guys ❤
Classic and legendary ❤
Walter started it off. I was lucky enough to have seen them 3 times in their prime, between the late 70's-mid 80's. Cry Together is one of my favorites.
"Legends, Legends, Legendary Kings. They are so smooth. Check out also, "I Want You Here With Me, Cry Together, Family Reunion, Living For The Weekend, Back Stabbers, Brandy, their list is timeless. Thank you so much for reacting to the Almighty Ojays. This is Lady Anita. Have a blessed day."
Man where have yall been? Great reaction of a great song. This is one of the best Soul Train performances. Walter Williams is the other lead singer. He and Eddie have been performing together since 1958.
Lol Thank You♥️ We Been Around Mike! We Just Been Trying To Juggle Our Businesses, Family, Etc Lol…But We Have To Definitely Do More O’Jays!!!! But That Walter Is A BAD MAN!!!!!!😅
@@MIxxEDREACTIONS0520 Glad y'all now know that!
I've seen them perform this live several times. They kill it each and every time!
The lead singer Eddie Levert had 2 sons Gerald and Sean who had their on group called Levert with a friend Marc Gordon. Their hits were Casanova, All Seasons and a couple others. Unfortunately both sons died suddenly a year or two apart. The O’Jays are RNB legends. Eddie can rip a stage to shreds!!!!
Come on now. Don't sleep on Walter.
I went to HS with Sean and Gerald!!
It's my man Walter Williams. Love him so much. ❤❤
So debonaire. It cannot get any better or can it?
Walter is definitely "Forever Mine". 🥰 Ciao
Can you imagine the OJays in a Church service? Come on now!!!
Check out their performance with Darryl's House, it will be your socks off. Sadly, Walter has MS but he is doing well with the help of the Lord!
Walter Williams, Samuel Strain, Eddie Leverett
This was a very popular family reunion song back in the 70's. Now you should try their under-rated hit "Living For the Weekend"
They never disappoint. My number 1 group of all time. Have seen them perform at least once a year, since the early 1970's. The last time was 2018. Now I am as old as they are, and playing their music keeps me young at heart, with great memories.
First guy is Walter Williams
One of the few live performances you'll see on Soul Train. Definitely did not disappoint!
I picked up Walter Williams at the Philadelphia International Airport, in 2004, and drove him to the Showboat Casino in Atlantic City, Nj., when I was driving limousines. This brotha is only like 5’7”-5’8”. Him and George Clinton is the same height.
Oh, yeah another one of the songs they solidifies the opinion that my generation grew up in the best music era of all times!(60's/70's) Even though people might think our fashion sense was questionable, but you couldn't tell us we weren't cool asf!😊
One of my favorite song by the mighty O'Jays! They're singing to a track here, but they were AWESOME in person! One of the lead singers, Eddie Levert is Gerald Levert's father.
True BlueLights in the basement music .
Eddie Levert is the father of Sean and Gerald Levert...they grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and I went to Shaker Heights High School with them.
The Mighty Ojays!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Eddie is fire, Walter is ice. They have been the Dynamic Duo since before most people who come through here were born.
We played this song for my Gran, Malessie Inez Forney. It was her favorite song. RIP 9/18/27 - 7/7/20. Miss you Gran.....
Walter Williams Leads The Song.
You know it's something special when the Soul Train dancers quit dancing.
CLASSIC!! ABSOLUTE LEGENDS!!
Top tier
Y'all need to react to a group call SLAVE and their song call SLIDE, it has a great guitar solo
Great Reaction🔥🔥 Please do Cry Together
Classic
The Sound of Philly I’ll take over Motown anyday.
U and Me Both
One more thing the lead singer his name Eddie Levert he is the father of Gerald Levert who passed away he lost both his sons they had a group called Levert
Happy New 2023 family ❗❗🎉🌹
Whenever the Soul Train Dancers stop dancing you know you got something awesome going on.. It don't happen often. Not to many could do that.. Al Green was another that would stop the dancers on the spot..
Ohh yes..checkout Love of Money
Check out the O'Jays songs (Time to Get Down) and ( Put Your Hands Together)
Have you heard
"The Prayer "
by the O Jays ?
If not you just votta hear it..
Just the right song to open up this new year....
Sammy Strain(middle) is so smooth

Can you do Johnny Taylor too many memories
please react to Tower of Power ( SPARKLING IN THE SAND ) Thankyou
I'm glad to see some of the young people appreciating real music going back to their roots not to say that today's music is not tasteful but sometimes you have to be selective about with you listen to especially these days so much of the music you listen to today is violent and is loaded with too much sexual overtones
Can yall please react to Janet Jackson's All Nite Don't Stop
Come on young school talk more!
Sing not rap
*LOVE IT* !! Please check out the *Family Reunion Album* by them 👌👌😍
