Well…He was fully God and fully man and never sinned… we are born of God, made in His image…a replica……a reflection…and fully man. Because Jesus died, we get to live as if we’ve never sinned…
That’s how His life relates to yours. We are joint heirs with Jesus. Joint heirs (just as, like unto, equal in value). Romans 8:17
Whoa. That’ll scare most people. The Bible is a love story that expresses the heart of a Father to His children. I’ve lived a decent portion of my adulthood thinking the opposite. When you read the words of Jesus, He says things like “if you’ve seen Me, you’ve seen the Father”. They were One and the same.
Then God speaks about us and Jesus in the same way, calling us joint heirs with Christ. When I refuse to accept His gift of love and salvation, I push away every stripe He took for us. I look at myself and don’t feel worthy but His blood was the price and He says it was well worth it to be with YOU always.
If only we could see ourselves in the way Father sees us…our world wouldn’t be in chaos.
When your spirit is willing but everything else is weak, come to Him and let Him fill in the gap. We rob ourselves of swing His strength and having a testimony that will help others not feel alone.
What if, we let Him fill in the gap…what if. 🌱
