I think you’ll be very happy with the garmin. My buddy acquired one from Nedved at nationals and I used it both days during zeroing. Very intuitive UI, picked up all my shots, and never picked up other shots around me. Side by side with my Magnetospeed, it was within 3fps reading
Yeah, it seems like there's a lot of good experiences with the Garmin. Sight unseen, I think I'm going to get a couple of cheap Arca clamps to make a chassis mount (like the Area 419). I have some aluminum leftover from when I made an Arca chassis mount for my GoPro.
Great content. I suggest using the sling on that big bag on the pyramid. I don’t think you would’ve timed out if the bag would’ve stayed on your body. I’m currently putting together my planned routine (that will all go to shit when that timer goes off) now. 😂😂😂
Stage 4 is exactly why I sold my Area 419 plate and flat bag and went with the GrayOps plate and bag. I don’t run the brass weights, just don’t need or want the additional weight. But the flat bag attached is far more reliable and it doesn’t sag down and get caught on props like the 419 setup. Also has a flat bottom instead of the protruding arca plate on the bottom of the 419 plate.
Yeah, the Area 419 railchanger doesn't secure the bag well. I have the original version which doesn't lock the big lever so that does come into play. I'll figure out something before going with a new plate like the Gray Ops or maybe the Cole-Tac flat bag setup.
I don't have a weight with the bipod, but w/o bipod and in it's current config with the chassis weights, it is 22 lb 1 oz. So it's probably just over 23 lb with a single-pull CKYE-POD.
Stage 5 is overkill on set up difficulty…….. there’s absolutely no need for 2 targets as you re set every time and if it’s that important why have them spaced so far apart……. 30yards 🤷🏼

@@ocabj Leofoto have been advising a mount that will suit
Thanks Jonathan, great demostration...

Thanks for the run through 👍👍
Looks like the KYL is coming back to hit the bottom of the shield pretty hard. Not sure if it will eventually break at the contact point?
Something I’ll have to keep an eye on.
Hi Jonathan. How many pound (chassis + scope + bipod...) is your rifle ?

If you shot left then right then re set it would make more sense
