It feels like it would sound like a trivial question pero for me na mejo anxious about my first call center interview po, I feel like I'm never gonna be confident enough if I don't prepare enough. I've a tendency to spend lots of time in it but I don't wanna over plan everything too. Really caught in the middle po.
Hihi. Same here. I think I would never have applied sa call center had i not lost my job as a service crew. My advice, set a time limit like 2 months then apply whether you feel prepared or not. You will never feel prepared. If you fail, it's not the end of the world and there are improvements that you can make only after a failure. Good luck!
ako umabot ng 2 months pinag aralan ko lang talaga ang very basic, nauutal pa nga akong sumagot during the interview at 5 companies na inapplyan ko lahat bagdak, pero itong last na inapplyan ko napaka bait nila kahit na obvious carabao english pa ako tinaggap parin nila ako at sinabi naman nila na I need to work more in my comms kaya napaka swerte ko samahan pa ng decent compensation package, wag lang mawalan ng pag asa at ipakita sa mga interviewer na willing tayong matuto

That was supposed to be my first account back then when my employer/Hr did background check me, coz I mentioned that I was still with my current job. I have literally the contract but when the training was about to begin my name was not on the list and told me I was floating, I realized that In bpo even if you have contract it could be retracted.

What if the airlines issue was not fixed and theres no available flight for that day? How will you handle the call? For flight acct with GDS its not as easy as what you did especially if the cancelled/delayed flight was initiated by the airlines. With GDS if ever there were no available flight for the passenger, you will be the one to fix it and look for available flight to other airlines and check the cancellation policy of the cancelled flight from the original airlines. You will do a handfull of works to fix this kind of issue. You may need to work offline for hours. Your travel acct is so easy bec its all about booking and reservations. I bet this is a sales travel acct not customer service. Have worked with expedia before and thats how easy for us to do this kind of stuff. All we care is successful booking.

I worked in direct vendor and Flight Interruption Manifest is the last resort but if flight has no availability, be ready to be cursed by guests.
