    Hi Sheena. I accidentally bumped into one of your videos and got inspired to apply to a call center. I was just hired last Thursday and I'll be starting this coming Monday. Now I'm watching a lot of your mock call videos. My greatest weakness during the exam is paraphrasing so this positive scripting is giving me a lot of better ideas. Thank you so much for doing this.     Instead of saying wait, say "give us more time". Example when the package was delayed to deliver: "Can you give us more time to deliver your package?"

    Could you please make a video about how to understand native speakers and their fast speech while talking to them over the phone? Please this'll help me a lot as you can't imagine, and also making a section within the video with some billing vocabulary as I'm currently taking billing training and in 2 weeks I'll be nesting and this 2 points are my weaknesses.     There are a lot of other videos w/the same topic as yours, BUT i believe ur way is more effective. U speak naturally & usrd words that are NOT on the BPO Bible of words that even cx recognizes & hates..
    Yeah.! I had a csll where the cx told me to just stop w/the memorized speech "cause we know u dont mean that,, God knows if u even understand what your sayin',,just listen to what u gotta say & tell me if u can help, ok?"
    Honestly,, ur natural accent and speaking is what im working to achieve, along w words or spiels.
    I guess accent or tone makes a lot of differrnce. Some of ur speils are the same like other videos i've seen. But, u sounded more convincing & competent

    May I suggest for tips about empathy. Honestly, I am having a hard time empathising, haha. Probably it's not just my cup of tea, however, I still want to sound better in calls as they say, "Fake it till you make it." Well, practice makes permanent so I will keep trying until it comes out naturally. Many thanks.😘
