Thank you. Can you make a video when there is no sunlight? Only artificial light. That's the most challenging to get realistic interior results with it. Eg. Inside an internal bathroom in a hotel room with no window!
If you’re going to do a tutorial to get those results you need to be honest with the people watching. You have edited all the FX effects, but entirely skipped that part, which are the most important parts of getting realistic results. Don’t try deceive people
@@NunoSilva3d No theyre not. You may be 'showing' the list of the effects but that doesnt mean anything. You neglected to show each individual settings for the effects which ultimately determine the output of the render.
@@Nick-yn2kr read my pinned comment. There's the settings there. Anyway understand that each FX works great for each particular scene. You won't get the same effect in another without changing the parameters to fit your scene.
Your doing the great Archviz vedios that are more useful for architect and students just looking forward for how to work on photorealitic animation in lumion
Lift your computer shake it like a mango shake or something and then try to render again in 15 mins you will get the realistic smoke effect out of your computer.👍
i just came across your chanel and this is so lovely!! i was wondering if you would make a vid of your workflow starting from the scratch☺️ i learned a lot here cant wait for another videos!
Excellent tutorial! Came across your channel very recently and it’s extremely helpful and an eye opener. I have been using lumion for a long time but wasn’t aware of so many things !
Sure. Real skies: almost to the maximum Exposure: 0.6 for this window size Skylight: Put it to high Color correction: increase brightness to 0.6, contrast to 0.8, increase limit low and reduce temperature The rest is pretty much the default settings. Hope this helps!
I followed the video but lighting is not that realistic in my render :/ is it because of sketchup model? I tried my best with lumion materials but lighting is problem :/ do you thing area light from exterior will help? thanks for reply Nuno and keep up with great work
Thank you, this was amazing! i love the final render! question for you, to get the quality of rendering that you end up with, do we have to use materials from lumion, or can the materials be the ones that I added in revit?
Nuno what model of GPU are you using? I ordered RTX 2080 super turbo. I wonder how much time will last the render of animation at 60fps 4k, let say 10seconds? Thanks for the tuts man! Keep up the good work.
That’s great! Although, at this point I would probably have waited for the new 3080 which should be releasing soon. :) Regarding the time, it really depends on what you have on the animation. If you have reflections set to high and skylight to ultra, than your render time will skyrocket.
This is awesome but I don’t use 3DS Max. I use Revit. Could you do some interior and exterior tutorials for Revit as well? I have the live link plugin but I have never seen Materials like you had in 3DS in Revit. I have to make each individual texture it’s own name, then add everything I need in Lumion
Hi! Well, I don't use Revit, but I can check it out for future videos. Who knows :) About texturing, materials are not depending on the modeling software. I get most of my textures (to make the materials) from either Poliigon or Megascans.
Nice job 👍👌and thank you for this video ..my question is : if you can put video how we exporte from skutch up to lumion ...and this plugin can work with skutch up ..??
Hello. Excellent tutorial. I am in my first steps in the interio design. Mainly I will use AutoCad for the sketching the interior places and 3d Smax and I will have to render after that. Can you advice me is the laptop will do the job for me or I will have to buy a Workstation (PC) ?
for photo render lumion not good and very stupid process ask me why. bcz for every photo you need setting from 0. forexample you take 5 photo different angle for every photo u need the render setting .if u use vray just spent one hour then take 100 photo lumion boreing spent 10 hours that why i hate lumio render
Very nice tut. Thank you. The only one I disagree, is the chromatic aberation. This comes from the photography and is an abberation of the optical lens. Something, that nobody needs in the real fotography. Therefore it is not real and just a optical mistake. I would never us it.
I understand your point and makes perfect sense. But since in the real world there is no way of getting out of this, I think this makes the image more realistic, when the render is not too perfect. But I agree with what you say and it comes as well to personal preference. ☺️
