Nice that you can live near such lovely scenery and still have a healthy neighbourhood right out the door. Otherwise, the highlands can get that bit lonely when snowed-in -- as where we live.

This afternoon I took your recipe as a model by adding celery stalks and potatoes. I cut all the vegetables into small cubes. we ate this with rice. that was delicious. I have German Shepherd Border Collie mix. His German shepherd marking are so prominent its easy to forget the border collie but he has so many of the same facial expressions and mannerisms as Skye.
What a cozy vlog, Molly! A rain-snow mix is falling in my neck of the woods. I usually go out in all weather; however, as I listened to my body, mind, and spirit, I opted to stay in and unwind - just a day to putter around my apt, play with my cats, and read. Right now, I am reading Katherine May's Wintering (non-fiction / memoir) and Jill Santopolo's The Light We Lost (fiction / romance).
A lovely chilled day. You have beautiful walks there. Did the cat sign mean wild cats? My doggie would go nuts, he tries to chase cats outside although is ok with them indoors!
As always so quiet and interesting… I’ve always like the cooking in your videos. Oddly, recently I was diagnosed with a tick borne illness (Alpha Gal Syndrome) that makes me allergic to meat….and so I find myself now a “reluctant vegan.”🙃. As the wife of a cattle farmer, it’s not where I expected to be, but I do want to say, watching you fix your meals has been quite cathartic for me. As a much older person, it’s a hard but necessary change for me…I have no choice, but watching you fix your vegan meals is really helpful and I wanted you to know that.❤

Hi, Check out the bedding in a previous vlog "Tiny House Loft Renovation" 27th August 2023. Hope that helps, I just remembered so had a wee search.
The bedding is from Piglet in Bed and I mix 100ml water with 100ml white vinegar and a few drops of lavender essential oil for my cleaner :)
