I’ve got the puller tool! Been having a crack at it! It isn’t moving! To the point the puller is actually just scraping back the plastic… Tried the hot water today.. Still no joy! Any suggestions Dude?
If the hot water doesn`t work then the easiest solution is to unfortunatelly cut the wiper arm and buy a new one. But before that I would give a try with boiling water once again. It has to release finally. Good luck
No, before you cut and ruin it, soak the tip & shaft with WD-40 or any other penetrator fluid and allow to sit & work for 10 mins. I did this to my seized wiper arm and it came straight off afterwards with a little tap whilst holding the blade in other hand, no specialist tools needed. The blade is just sat on a coned spline so twisting won't work, just needs loosening up a bit.
Thanks for the clear demonstration on fixing a faulty rear view motor on the Meriva. Excellent explanation.
Good to hear that. Thanks 😊
Hey buddy, can you please enlighten us as the best way to clean the unit itself… What did you use/didn’t use…
I use damp cloth, some wd40 and about 5 min to clean. But any degreaser will be fine. Maybe white spirit will do work as well.
@@alufelgaa Ideal! Appreciate that Szymon! 🙏🏻
