    I had an heart attack
12 years ago, they did this amazing procedure to me, can't thank.nhs enough I think back to people I knew when this procedure wasn't available I can't help thinking they may have lived a few years longer if it was around then very grate ful for extending my life I suppose this saves major open heart surgery wHoever invented this should be down in history

I work as a cath lab radiographer.....basically I've worked in the cath lab for about 7 years.
Although I'm so experienced in CL radiography, I still marvel at the advances in my short lifetime in comparison to the options ( or death) comparable with 30 years ago.
      Lovely comment BTW.

When you got to the osteum of the coronary sinus why did you take out the guidewire and manipulate the guide catheter without the wire?

Thanx for the video very informative. One question though isnt dis procedure supose to be perfomed in a sterile environment? Why is the surgeon not wearing any theater attire for infection control purposes ?

i think because this is not a real procedure,is only a simmulation(you can see that there is not a patient on the table)
