You new go pro 10 camera is definitely showing much better high definition footage..even in dark lighting. This is a nice home for about 800 hndred thousand..remember the interior is outdated 'and you will spend 150 thousand or more for upgrades..

This is a beautiful 😍 home. I like the new camera! I would turn that casita where the barre is located into a gym. You can have some equipment in there, as well as a big screen TV (that can switch to RUclips) so people can do zumba or aerobics. The 🏠 is old outside, but you can also update. One negative: the chicken wire shelving in the laundry should not be in a $1.3 mlion home. Great video!

I would spend about 250,000 in interior upgrades, then I would convert The dance studio to a Casita. Finally I would take the Casita and convert it to a pool house with sliding doors and turn the basketball court into a full outdoor kitchen with a pergola.
