I also saw them @ The Metro and Shonen Knife opened and I thought it was a joke!!! I saw them a few other X's as well, fantastic, unique sounding band!!! I used to room with Mark Zablocki (guitarist all the way on our left)...that's a long X ago...and I hope he is well and doing alright...(@SIU he bought an authentic Rickenbacker guitar with a warped neck 2 try and replicate the early sound of REM, of course this was 1985)

I saw them at the Metro with Shonen Knife. Tar's bass player recorded my bands album at Steve Albini's house.
