From starring as the lead singer in a successful band, From First to Last, to going solo and releasing his Recess album, Skrillex talks about it all. He even put to rest those rumors of being booed off-stage from the iconic Burning Man Festival.
Elaborating about his relationship with Diplo, he explains his Jack U duo, plus why him and Ellie Goulding split.

Absolutely love his attitude towards music. He's always really positive, which is refreshing.
Skrillex is a victim of what I call the 50 Cent theorem. That is: talented artist creates a new trend in music, terrible artists copy him, everyone blames him for the shit even though his music itself is great. What 50 did with "gangsta," Skrillex did with the edm/dubstep scene. There have been great artists in both genre's but people get tired of the stagnation really quickly.
Valerio Blum Same thing with T-Pain and his usage of autotune. He was one of the first artists that made autotune into a popular audio tool and he was actually good at using it, but then a LOT of following artists started overusing that shit and everyone started pointing fingers at T-Pain and throwing mad shade at him and his music.
+Nathan DiPietro You could say that about anyone who is a great creator though. For every great creator there's like a 1,000 copy cats standing right behind him just waiting to milk an original idea up...
That's the thing about human beings, many live their whole life copying what is already "cool" just to play it safe instead of trying to create something new and take risks and challenges.

YES he looks like Corey Feldman,Skrillex is in a league of his own,Monsters & nice sprites is legendary self produced,it ain't dubstep,it's a bunch of different drum loops and synths all screwed together,he went for Broke and blew the world.. After monsters the production went from a laptop to a studio and the shit went sheen pop..
